For a place that has Brooklyn in the name and sells bagels you’d have high expectations. But when you ask for a salt pepper mayo egg and bacon bagel and get told they don’t add salt and pepper and have no mayo you quickly realize there’s nothing NY about them. Bagels were bland and when ordering an extra bagel with cream cheese, I would have never expected that default cream cheese would be scallions. No bagel place ever does this. And when I went to go ask if I got the right ones, the lady at the counter informed me the default was scallions and would give a refund. Then a rude male employee behind her said no refund because it’s clearly written on a sign. Rude service would keep me from recommending this place to anyone looking for some breakfast in the area.

worst bagel i’ve ever had. coworker bought 2 bagel sausage egg and cheese for us to have for breakfast. we both took one bite and then threw them in the trash. what a waste of 30 bucks. you’re better off eating at whataburger, way more flavor, not an overpriced piece of garbage.

I really wanted to like it. The bagel had a good texture but desperately needed salt. For a sausage egg and cheese bagel it had no flavor.
Not very pleasant.

I ordered the bagel sandwich with sausage on the jalapeño bagel. And it was really unseasoned. I kept wanting to add stuff to it to bring out some flavor but it was too bland.

Service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was quiet and calm but there are a lot of flies everywhere which can get annoying.
The food was fine tasting but kinda greasy. And the “bagels” were fine tasting but they weren’t bagels, they didn’t have a hole in the middle and they weren’t the correct type of dough. They tasted more like buns, but maybe the biscuit options on the menu would have been more delicious.
Overall it was a good experience and if I came here again I would just order something different and maybe that would be better.
I probably wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend but if they said they were going here for food I would suggest they skip the bagels and go for the hash bowls or biscuits.

I moved to Texas from New Jersey when I was 8 years old… in my 18 years of being here, this is the best bagel I have had in Texas.
We got the breakfast bagel sandwich with sausage and hash browns; I HIGHLY recommend throwing some hash browns on your next breakfast sammich.. 10/10.

The Jessica. The Jessica. The Jessica. Fantastic sandwich and this place bakes their own BREAD. The creativity of flavors is wonderful and you can tell the chef puts his heart in the food and presentation. Lots of shade if you eat in the park and kids can safely play and they loved their smoked strawberry French toast biscuit!

I had been wanting to check this place out for a while and I finally got to stop by today. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed... Everything would've been perfect if the food wasn't so bland. It honestly tasted like they didn't put seasoning on anything. The chicken biscuit with the chorizo honey was alright thanks to the flavor from their chorizo, but overall everything was lacking in the flavor department. I do like that they make the bagels and everything fresh though

Picked up the sweet/spicy biscuit and it was mid, looks 10x better on Instagram vs what it actually tastes like. Chicken has no flavor.
Menu is written on a chalkboard and confusing to read, asked for recommendations and got a weird response. Could of just been having a bad day, but I did say it was my first time so some guidance would be appreciated or a better menu that is easy to read
I’d like to give this place another try but based on the customer service, I’ll pass on paying $12 on a biscuit with a crappy attitude served
I’d rather go to Chick-fil-A biscuit because at least they will have a smile on their face
Overall experience was 2.1/5

“The Jessica” was easily the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Everything is baked from scratch. Will consistently make the 45 minute drive to come back.
