The biscuits and bagels here are delicious, you can't go wrong with any of the bread options. Love the charred scallion cream cheese. The person running the trailer is friendly, efficient, and communicates an expected wait time when you place your order.

Just finished my last bite of my breakfast sandwich and hash bowl. This was so so tasty.

Great breakfast/ brunch spot! Chicken sandwiches and French toasts are MUST haves if you’re south of the river.

This food truck is located in such a cute spot off the end of Congress.

The sweet heat chicken biscuit puts other places to shame. A perfectly cooked egg plus the sweet sauce makes for a wonderful pairing. The chicken is breaded to perfection and is quite large, while it sits on a massive homemade biscuit. The breakfast potatoes are also to die for cooked with peppers and onions for extra flavor. Go support this small business so we can continue to celebrate their wonderful menu!!

Not bad at all. I’ve had much better Chicken biscuits at various other places in Austin but still good.
My wife got bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and loved it!

Love this place! Everything made in house- biscuits, bagels, you name it. Can’t recommend a better breakfast spot. The feta/zataar seasoned bagel is spectacular!

Also, love their new location behind Meteor on South Congress. Lots of space to dine outside and you can pop over and grab a coffee at Meteor.

Stopped here on a whim when passing through, SO glad we did. I’m NY born and raised - so my standards of bagels and breakfast sandwiches are pretty high. Fresh homemade bagels, delicious bacon egg and cheese sandwich.

We caught them in between moving locations, and wish them nothing but the best moving forward! Highly recommend you stop in if you’re in the area!

For a place that has Brooklyn in the name and sells bagels you’d have high expectations. But when you ask for a salt pepper mayo egg and bacon bagel and get told they don’t add salt and pepper and have no mayo you quickly realize there’s nothing NY about them. Bagels were bland and when ordering an extra bagel with cream cheese, I would have never expected that default cream cheese would be scallions. No bagel place ever does this. And when I went to go ask if I got the right ones, the lady at the counter informed me the default was scallions and would give a refund. Then a rude male employee behind her said no refund because it’s clearly written on a sign. Rude service would keep me from recommending this place to anyone looking for some breakfast in the area.

worst bagel i’ve ever had. coworker bought 2 bagel sausage egg and cheese for us to have for breakfast. we both took one bite and then threw them in the trash. what a waste of 30 bucks. you’re better off eating at whataburger, way more flavor, not an overpriced piece of garbage.

I really wanted to like it. The bagel had a good texture but desperately needed salt. For a sausage egg and cheese bagel it had no flavor.
