Quick meal option in East End. Place your order at a kiosk and retrieve from futuristic pods. No human interaction involved, so super convenient for a low key night. They do serve alcohol and dessert options along with their traditional and non traditional dumpling options. Dining room is clean, nothing special to add to atmosphere.

Food is decent but they gave me the wrong sauces and I never got the bottle of water I paid for.

My friend and I walked by this place and it looked cool. The pictures of the food made it look appetizing, but alas it was not. We both had one bite of our respective dumplings and it was an immediate no. No flavor and his chicken parm had very little chicken. Save your money and go somewhere else. Very disappointed.

so weird lol I wouldn't recommend this place at all. waaaaay to expensive for what it is. they forgot the sauce that we paid for. their screen/locker system didn't even work and we had to get help. dumplings were pretty good though. just eat somewhere else.

Great idea. Self serving order and pick food from locker. I'm vegetarian for Lent so enjoyed the plant based chicken bowl, Demane dumplings in broth. A definite recommend for me.

Eating here as I type. Lovely vibe. Good music. Staff is out here in the eating area and seem really sociable. Edamame is charred really nicely and the chicken and pork/cabbage potstickers in broth are amazing. Priced comparably to most other places around here. Will definitely come back.

I came across this restaurant on IG and being Asian, I knew I had to come try this. It's on 6th Street, so be aware of that. I'm glad we came in the afternoon because we had the kiddos with us. It's a small, cute little spot. It's definitely not good for large parties. It wasn't busy, so we walked right in. We were greeted, but it would have been better if we were asked if this was our first time dining there because we had no idea what we were doing. We got the mixed dumplings (came with about 12), fries ? (better than chic-fil-a), teriyaki chicken bowl, and mango habenero chicken bowl (daughter said it was a bit too spicy). The rice ? wasn't sticky, so the kids didn't care for it. It was more like basmati. We didn't know all those vegetables came on top of the bowls either, but I don't remember seeing an option to have that removed, and the kids kind of frowned on that, too. The flavor of everything was good. If we lived closer, we would be there at least every other week. I'm def interested in a franchise in the future. Not sure how I spent 70 something dollars, and when I checked out, my total was over $110 after tax, not realizing it calculated 20% in tip. No offense, but with that first experience, I wouldn't have tipped that much but would have put something in a tip jar, so careful how you maneuver through the kiosk.

I walked in here with absolutely low expectations for this place, but let me preface with the fact that I actually WOULD recommend this place for a drunk bite on 6th street. I mean, just think about it. It's a no contact quick bite of little fried foods and self serve drinks within walking distance of clubs and bars. This place pretty much belongs on the street where people wander in being like "oh my god.... I want dumplings.... AND Mac and cheese.... At the same time." I'm not someone that's like that, but the concept makes a lot of sense to the drunk or pregnant individual. The place is bright and can keep you awake enough before you have to head home. There is no service, so for the kiosk to ask for tip with a recommended 20% seems to be geared towards the drunk individual that would pay that much just for someone to yell out your name when your order is done despite there being an inaccurate screen letting you know when it's supposed to be finished. The place is a bit pricey if you buy things individually. The combo is a much better price point and the amount of food makes more sense. I would warn to NOT GET THE PHILLY CHEESESTEAK DUMPLINGS. It was both flavorless yet tasted and felt like what dog food would be out the container. The chicken Parmesan dumplings are a much better choice, and if you choose any dips, I wouldn't say any is better than the other. It's mostly just preference. For sides, the waffle fries were actually.... Amazing. Well seasoned and crispy goodness. If you don't choose that as the side, you might as well not order because it was the standout part by far. The lo mein side comes in a cute takeout container but is actually quite dry. And I didn't bother ordering any of the more "traditional" dumplings. I recommend sticking to the fried fusion dumplings. If you're opting for a gentrified place such as this one, you might as well go for what they specialize in and not set yourself up for disappointment. A little warning, I thought their chili oil would be catered towards spice averse people, but it actually packs a huge spice forward punch. Overall, yeah, this place isn't that great. But it's a place catered towards the target audience. I would be happy coming after a long night of drinking and immediately needed fried food and a cold soda to end it all off.

I went twice in a week after trying this spot! You can order at the restaurant or online in advance. You place your order yourself and then will get a text when it is ready and it will be waiting in a locker for you to open. You will have an individual code to access the locker so nobody will take your items. This is such a cool concept to make the ordering process fast. They offer so many unique dumplings and are all delicious. I also tried a bowl and was impressed by the taste and portion size. Highly recommend checking out for to-go or diners at their tables inside!

Some dumplings were empty, and noodle bowl was not good.

Concept: the future. Delivery of the concept: epic fail. My friend wanted to stop in to try this place. He placed an order it said it was going to be ready by a certain time and it was a little delayed not a big deal. The order screen said the order was ready and went to scan the barcode it said invalid so had to knock on the window to talk to an employee. gave them the name on the order and they manually grabbed the order to hand to us but it was the wrong order when we got home. We ordered the following dumplings: Philly cheesesteak, pastrami and chicken teriyaki. Instead receives 2 orders of Mac & cheese and chicken teriyaki. extremely disappointed!!

Concept: Genius. Execution: Cluster****. After walking by this place several times, I finally tried it. It wasn't what I expected. The front of the house was unstaffed and automated. You order at a computer kiosk. You have to enter your cell phone number so they can text you when your order is ready. Also, a screen shows your name and whether your order is "In Progress" or "Ready." Once your order is ready, you scan a QR code on your receipt, and a locker with your food in it opens up. Fun! Right? I ordered my food, sat down, and waited. And waited. And waited. I got pretty sick and tired of seeing my order "In Progress." After more than 40 minutes, I heard someone call my first name. It was an actual live employee. I went up to her, and she said my order was ready. I pointed out that the screen still said, "In Progress." She waved my barcode under the scanner anyway. She got an error message. She waved it two more times, and on the last try, a locker opened up and my food was in it. Nevertheless, the screen still said, "In Progress." Was the food worth the wait? Alas, no. It was room temperature. The portions were small. The chicken dumplings in broth tasted pretty good, I must admit. However, the edamame were too salty and looked burnt (see photo), and the lo mein had no flavor whatsoever. Finally, 58 minutes after I ordered -- when I was almost done eating -- I got a text saying my order was ready. (See screenshot). Thanks a ton, guys! P.S. In response to the owner: I ordered under my real name; "Sparky" is a nickname. If he really wants to investigate, my order number is shown in the screenshot.
