About Brooklyn Heights Pizzeria

Brooklyn Heights Pizzeria offers a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere with divine bartenders and a happy hour that's a hit. This jovial establishment features two dining areas and a back patio, providing a casual setting for enjoying pizza night. They serve beer, cocktails, and have successfully survived the pandemic, making it a go-to spot for locals and visitors alike. The fantastic service ensures that the pizzas are loaded with fresh, generous toppings, and they deliver delicious, hot calzones promptly and with a smile. Customers praise the Happy Hour prices, the Inferno sauce that is both spicy and flavorful, and the great selection of beers on tap. The bar staff is very friendly and attentive, especially the new guy Zach and another gentleman. The restaurant is family-owned and operated, which sets it apart from chain restaurants. The traditional cheese pizza, while not a perfect replica of Brooklyn-style pizza, is still regarded as the best in the area. The lunch lasagna special, which comes with a salad and a garlic knot, is also a popular choice, with everything cooked to perfection. The chicken salad with avocado over greens is another good option. Guests enjoy large portion sizes, especially the slices, which are huge and delicious. The takeout food holds up well, and while the restaurant can be a bit pricey, it offers quality food. Parking can be challenging during busy times, but the restaurant accommodates large parties and provides great service and food, especially during happy hour.

When I arrived at the restaurant, I was advised that something had misfired and they had not put the order in.. the young lady apologized profusely which I did appreciate, but this was...read full review

Adding a new credit card processing fee to our bills is unacceptable. People are struggling financially, and businesses shouldn't take advantage of loyal customers like this. A $35 bill is already expensive for a single customer. Adding a credit card fee on top of that is simply outrageous and totally shameful. A copy of the receipt has been posted on Facebook. I'm not going back again after this experience.
