Brooklyn Heights Pizzeria

Adding a new credit card processing fee to our bills is unacceptable. People are struggling financially, and businesses shouldn't take advantage of loyal customers like this. A $35 bill is already expensive for a single customer. Adding a credit card fee on top of that is simply outrageous and totally shameful. A copy of the receipt has been posted on Facebook. I'm not going back again after this experience.

Recently discovered this place and it's now my "goto" place for wings. The Happy Hour prices are very good, and the Inferno sauce is both spicy and flavorful. They have a very good selection of beers on tap, and the frozen Margaritas are tasty too. I usually sit at the bar and the bar staff is very friendly and attentive. Two in particular are especially good - E & K.

The 3 orders of wings we ordered came without sauce. The manager at the store was very rude and did not apologize or address the issue. I was stunned at the lack of respect for the customer, when they were wrong. They even tried to blame Door Dash and the wings without sauce was not a Door Dash issue. We had been a loyal customer, but we will not order from Brooklyn Heights again!

They were super friendly. The pizza looked real good but it didn't smell good like a garlicky pepperoni pizza it just smells like a plain melted cheese with pepperoni over thin crust and I had to get my money back I didn't even eat the pizza because if I can't smell garlic...... There is no pizza. I wanted to get like a little garlic butter to like wipe over the top of it and they didn't even have that so I just asked for my money back and left they were super nice though the place was really decked out but no garlic butter for their Italian pizza LO FREAKING L!!!

Came here to watch the Longhorn game and Jason was bartending today. Recognize him from the crystal falls location. He’s always been the most attentive guy to have met in the service industry. Always remembered your name and on top of the entire restaurant. Has amazing recommendations on the menu and so much more. I don’t hold him accountable for this establishment, if he’s not working you will still get the same type of service. I don’t normally review like I am but felt the need to share. I HIGHLY recommend eating here.

I just witnessed the manager here spit on a customer who seemed to just be asking for their food. If they spit on customers, I can only imagine they spit on the food too. I'm too grossed out to ever eat here again. What a horrendous manager too.
