We live in a digital age. I use business’s Google listings to verify operating hours. It’s 1pm on a Wednesday and I’m at Bruster’s. Site says it’s open, but it’s clearly not. Nobody is home. Update your hours online.

We used Bruster's team for a catering event a few weeks ago and we had a great experience! Their manager helped us figure out what we needed to schedule the event at a home residence via email. We had two staff members join us for the event. They were on time, served delicious ice cream, and did a great job cleaning up. The cherry on top for us was when they adjusted their service time because of our other vendors showed up late. They were so gracious and were a great addition to our party. We love their ice cream & really loved having their team there to help us celebrate a special occasion with our favorite dessert.

I don't expect Italian or European grade ice cream but the strawberry and the banana pudding could it have a more artificial flavor? Real appreciative of Braum's who will mix a real banana to make a banana malt shake.

Pretty much good place, big portions can be smaller and cheaper, but it's only my opinion

I ordered a birthday cake for my 11 years old son. I asked them to use blue icing, decorations, etc. They used pink and yellow. When I was picking up the order, there were 2 teenager employees offered me full refund but not to get the cake. If the cake wasn’t expecting on my son's birthday party, I wouldn't get it. I asked them to fix it. The person makes the cake wasn’t there, and I was told to pick it up 4 hours later!!! Thanks for embarrassing my son with his pink cake and making him unhappy!

Out of everything, 2 guys working, rude and you have to bang on the window to get any help. First time and we will not be back. So bad...will not be here long if this is the day to day. If I pay this much money for ice cream it needs to be at least ok service. So SAD!!!

Chocolate shakes like no other!

Lost my business. Went there and the employees were having their own ice cream party inside. Literally too busy eating to wait on customers. I won't be back.
