Ran across this place on Uber Eats and decided to try. Ordered Microdose and Micro melt along with fries and onion rings. After delivery and quick microwave warmup everything was still crispy and fresh. This place is fire. Highly recommended!!!
3.5 stars. I’d heard about this burger spot via Tik Tok and decided to try it. The location was confusing. Google maps took me a weird back way and I parked pretty far from the front of the building, which is where Bubs truck is parked. I ordered a Microdose burger and a side of onion rings. The burger was good, but nothing amazing like I had seen other people say about the spot. Maybe I should have gotten the original Bub with two patties, because the bread and butter pickle flavor overpowered the entire burger. The sauce tasted like they put the brine from the pickles in it too so it was a LOT of that specific flavor. And I am not really a fan of bread and butter pickles so it was unfortunate. I guess I would say, if you like bread and butter pickles, try it! Otherwise it was pretty average. The onion rings were really good, but no sauce was given with them, not even ketchup. If I try Bubs again i’ll definitely ask for no pickles and try the OG bub burger. Meat patty was thin which I should have guessed since they’re smash burgers.

These burgers the TRUTH!! Super good great size I’d recommend the micro dose to get a good taste and not be too full but the FRIES 10/10 crispy not soggy def a must try in atx !

Love that they open late. Always tempting to go into Sagebrush when the music sounds so good. For me, this is the best burger in Austin that doesn't hurt the wallet. Bub's sauce on the side or extra is a must. Fries are crispy which you dont get everywhere. This is a weekly spot for me. (:

The place is alright location is not the best in my opinion difficult to find any parking and not a paved area but besides that the food was kinda a let down for me I’ve heard from friends I should try it out so I did my burger tasted super strong on onions and it was more of a smashed burger like if they squished my burger I ordered 4 burgers which came out to 65$ I’m not keen on spending so much why not for a first try also my fries were beyond salted I don’t mind having a lot of salt like add more please but it seemed as if they dumped the entire bottle which made eating them not a good experience overall would I personally try again probably not but I’d say give it a 1st try because why not. Price is steep tho
Parking: No parking only for band which is weird had to park in a dirt unpaved road kinda sucked

I guess I'll have to be the odd ball out here. The location was confusing to find if you're not familiar with it being shared with the venue next to it. Parking is shared with that venue. Selection was nice for a food truck. Was promptly welcomed. $14 for a peanut butter dbl smash burger is a little high but I guess that's the price of Austin. The meat was cooked well and was kept moist. The PB added a nice salted flavor to the burger but nothing about it screamed paying more than $10 for it.
Great tasting burger!!! Definitely coming back soon
