Ashley was awesome in ensuring we had an excellent experience celebrating our son’s graduation from 8th grade.

This was an expensive disappointment. The server was probably the best part of this birthday dinner party. It was sad that you came for two things and they ran out of both. This was a large birthday party in the early afternoon, so running out of lasagna and your 2 favorite beer choices is unacceptable.

We were seated. The lighting above our table was bright and harsh. The air conditioning was on full blast. We ordered apps and drinks. We only got one drink after a series of excuses. When my wife’s cosmo arrived, it was overly sweet and warm. We tried to return it for a different cocktail but the waiter could not conjure up another cocktail. The food was mediocre. The service was inattentive. Very disappointing experience. Will never go back to any location.

First time visiting a Buca’s and we will become regular customers. Nicole made our experience one of a kind! The cocktails and food she recommended were spot on and delicious.

We like the vibe and our waiter is very friendly and fun. Food is extremely big portion as they claimed to be family styled, which creates some problem when your party is small. Food tastes better than most chain Italian food. We will come back when we are hungry.
I am pretty sure our waitress was drunk she smelled like booze ?Overall our dinner ? was good and we all had a good time so ?♂️

A beautiful restaurant. Food was pretty good. We went this Saturday April 27th for my mom's birthday. It was around 2 pm. It was very empty there. We had a party of 7. They say us by the bar in a table where they added a chair. Not at the bar but next to it. It was very tight seating. We asked several times to please sit us somewhere else so we can have elbow room. There were so many other tables. We finally gave up because they kept saying that there was no other seats. It was a very disappointing experience for the amount of money we spent. 434 and I gave the waitress a 40 tip. She was nice but I had to keep cleaning up our table re arranging plates so that we could all have room. It just could have been so much better if they gave us other seats. They sang happy birthday and gave my mother a beautiful desert. Just very disappointed for such a beautiful place.
I placed an order over the phone and the guy said it should be ready in about 15-20 minutes. I arrived shortly to pick up my meal and the guy said he forgot to put in the order. The people that work here aren’t serious and the food was no better than a 6.5 / 10.

Today I suppose to celebrate my house closing and I choose this place just cause it was close to Austin Title, this was our first time (party of 3) we order sangria (extra bitter) fry calamari was chewy, hard and super breaded, the spaghetti meat balls was extra simple no salt and at one point I thought I was eating dog food sorry but I can't give more than 2 star to this place only to the server who try, None of us would ever refer anyone here besides the place smells bad as old as it is ??

Went for my girlfriends birthday. The seats of our booth were ridiculously far from the table so we all had to lean way in to eat, the waitress dumped my entire water glass in my lap, the food was mediocre and the idea of family style ordering meant we had to order way more than we wanted for each of us to eat what we chose. All in all I wouldn't recommend it.

I called and asked prior to our visit if 1) they did birthday celebrations & 2) if we would be walked through the kitchen like they did years back. I received a yes to both questions. It was my daughter’s birthday and she chose this place because she wanted to walk through the kitchen. That did not happen, I asked the host and she said they don’t do that anymore. Then when we told the server it was my daughter’s birthday nothing happened. The food was not worth the price. Pasta was over cooked, the carbonara tasted like ham and cheese mush. Extremely disappointed.

I came here in February when I was visiting family. I was staying at the Hyatt hotel next-door and wanted to check this place out for dinner.I sat at the bar (which the hostess said was just fine), as I just wanted to have a drink and get my food to go. Not only was it absolutely freezing, but I was ignored for about 15-20 minutes by every single staff member that walked by. I finally got a drink and sipped on that while I waited for my food. The staff seemed annoyed that I was there, and I left feeling quite frustrated.. especially considering the amount of money I spent on my order. The food was definitely decent, but rather somebody is getting their food to go or eating there, this type of service is not acceptable.Super disappointed!
