It was really good ! I got a pabellón bowl, and my boyfriend the cachapa with Shredded Chicken with runny egg and friend plantains. It was delicious. My boyfriend really loved the cachapa so much it became his favorite. We will come back. The cilantro sauce was a must, and it was tasty. It was also very affordable and the amount was very reasonableVegetarian options: There are gluten free options as well

I miss so much being able to try something of everything that is in this wonderful food truck, the arepa queen Pepiada with plantains and beans of the best!, there are no empanadas that compare either, always fresh handmade, the tequeños with the different sauces too It is something you cannot miss if you visit this place, but above all what I miss most is being able to talk with my friend Carmen the owner! His attention is unsurpassed and also tireless, even when he has many caterings to do, he always has his best attitude to give. One day I will eat there again and I will be able to relive so many good moments.

I’ve never had Venezuelan food in my life, but getting it from this food truck it was amazing although the menu was limited the food was still really good, I had some bean and cheese empanadas with the salsa rosada although there initially wasn’t any left the owner was willing to make a batch just for the order, tequenos with the cilantro sauce with some mango juice, the empanadas were really good on their own but with the salsa it was orders of magnitude better with the sweet and slight lightly smoky taste and plus it being cold was the best way to cool them down and it also tasted amazing with the empanadas, the tequenos were pretty good on their own with the cheesiness and the pastry outside it was amazing with melty cheese and bits of pastry was *chef’s kiss* combine that with the cilantro sauce it was so good and with the mango juice it tasted like it was picked straight from the Amazon rainforest and juiced and served right on the spot,it just tasted like a fresh mango with no artificial sweeteners

How do you rate a good truck? I feel like if you honestly rated them against all restaurants, they'd be quite low. It's not the same experience. So I'm going to rate it against other food trucks. It's a decent food truck court, but not in a nice tree grove or anything. The food is a tough one. This is traditional Argentinian food. It's a bit different from what we're used too, but I think it's tasty and has some Americanized aspects that make it more accessible. The owner is fantastically informative, friendly, and interested in helping you find something you like. One thing I would have found better..it was lat lunch period and at that point the options in the empanadas were pretty limited. Maybe they are better if you arrive earlier in the day.

Soooooo amazing!!! 5 stars for sure My boyfriend and I both got the cachapas (sweet corn arepa) and we got it with beef and then we picked cheese and fried egg to be our 2 toppings. They were freaking AMAAAAZING. We also got the passion fruit juice drink which was also great. She recommended the cilantro sauce to go with it and I typically am not a huge fan of cilantro but it was so freaking good. Huge portions. I was completely starving and hadn't eaten all day. I'm literally stuffed and I have like 1/3 left. The woman was so nice she's actually from Venezuela. My boyfriend spent some time in Venezuela and he said this food was super authentic.

The Arepa with Carne Mechada is amazing. The tequeños are cheesy and go so well with the sauce. The owner is very friendly and even gave us a free soda because of a small delay.

The food was delicious! I had the reina pepiada arepa with cheese and plantains, and it was definitely one of the best arepas I've had. The lady working (who I assume is the owner) was super friendly. She recommended the mango passion fruit juice since it's a popular order and there wasn't enough passion fruit juice for a whole cup. I'm normally not a fan of mango, but it was really good mixed with the passion fruit. I will definitely be recommending Budare's to friends and family!
