Each year, our company places an order from your establishment to kick off March Madness for basketball. Today, we placed our order online for in-store pickup (Order #1000026316115). When I arrived, I was given two bags and told that was everything. For an order meant for seven people, two bags didn’t seem sufficient. I didn’t check the order before leaving, but once I returned to my office and began unpacking, I discovered that one bag contained sandwiches and sauces, while the other had another sandwich, chips, sauces, and wings—still, no fries or potato wedges. We were missing a total of 3 fries and 2 potato wedges.

We immediately called the store to report the missing items. Aretha answered and insisted the fries and wedges were included. I explained that I had just unpacked everything and confirmed they were not in the bags. I asked if I could come back to pick them up, and she agreed.

When I returned, Aretha immediately became defensive, claiming the fries were in the bags. I explained that there was no way 5 sides of fries/potato wedges could fit into the two bags along with the sandwiches, chips, wings, and sauces. The manager, Lucy, came out to assess the situation. I explained the situation again and expressed my frustration about missing out on our team lunch. Lucy then went to the back for about 1.5 minutes before returning and telling me she had already packed the fries in the two bags, and there was nothing more they could do.

I’m appalled by the service I received today. I’m left wondering how the fries/wedges were packed into the already full bags and handed to me. At this point, I’m requesting a full refund for the entire meal due to the lack of proper service, being called a liar, and wasting my time. I expected a proper lunch for my employees to enjoy during March Madness, and instead, we were left with a half-complete order.

What’s also troubling is the change in Aretha’s story. Initially, she insisted the fries were in the bag, but later changed her story, claiming I hadn’t ordered fries at all. I had to show her my receipt to prove that 5 of the meals indeed came with fries. This back-and-forth is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. It’s disappointing to be treated this poorly by a company. I hope to hear from someone soon with a resolution to this matter. The lack of customer service and poor management at this location were evident today.

placed a large order for a work lunch, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. When I noticed that my fries were missing, I called the restaurant to ask about it. Aretha on the phone told me I could just come back and pick them up still insisting she put them in there. However, when I arrived, I was told by Lucy "the manager" I would be charged for the missing fries, despite the fact that they had not been included in the order. They even claimed they put them in there, which was clearly not the case. Aretha also contradicted herself by saying my order didnt come with ANY fries and then changed her answer after I pulled up the receipt saying that she put them in there. At the end, they still didnt give me my order and said "theres nothing they can do. "It was a frustrating experience, especially considering the order was for a work event. Customer service could definitely use improvement, and I won't be returning anytime soon or ordering for any work event.

They got my order perfect: six bone in wings, all flats, fried crispy, honey bbq sauce on side, blue cheese, onion rings, carrots and celery. Everything was really tasty!

The food is always good but last time I was here I ordered take out, walked in and I could see my order on the table in the back but no staff would make any time to hand it to me and when they did 5 minutes later, I had a drink that was supposed to come with the order. It took an actual other 5 minutes til I got it.

This is a great place to eat if you like bad service and rude waiters. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but the last couple times I have went I had to wait 10+ min each time for a waitress to come up, and then be met with attitude and impatience and very little customer attentiveness not really saying anything like she just started or something which if that’s the case she shouldn’t be on the floor without a grown up seriously. I have ate here so many times but it’s people like this that lose good places money and a customer that won’t be going back .

Let me just say this dining spot has been hit or miss for years, we usually stay away because of the service or lack of staff period. Today Christian the server we had was on point and extremely cordial, professional and just the right amount of attentive 5 stars today Bdubs!!! Wings always hit!!!

GM was a complete jerk. I’ve never left a 1 star review but felt compelled after the experience there. It was USA vs Canada in the 4 Nations championship. I asked him to put the sound on and very smugly he said “no, we only put the sound on for big games. “Then table after table began asking him for the sound on and he still refused. USA chants started he still refused and looked visibly bothered by a bunch of sports fans in a sports bar wanting to listen and watch the big game. Well a bunch of us left and went to a local sports bar and had a great time there. Guess BWW is in business to drive customers away, I for one will never be back.

They consistently open their doors late. They will have people waiting outside to go in because their doors are still locked past opening time and they don’t have someone up in the front even paying attention to it. So even if you knock they wont notice.

Seriously, 10/10 times when I order pickup, it’s 15mins+ late. Like, if it’s not gonna be ready for over 60 minutes after placing the order, then just adjust the pickup time your app shows for real.

Today (1/26/25), the order is legitimately 25 minutes past when the app said it would be ready for pickup and when I asked the manager if they had an idea of when the order would actually be ready, their response was, “it will be ready when it is ready”

After making us wait in the car with children for this long, I love hearing that from the *manager*…

Yet again, this BWW delivers on a solid example of customer service…

I placed an order online at this location. They said my order will be ready around 11:40, so I arrived around 11:35. Guess what the store was locked and closed, I tried to call them but nobody answered. I mean if you plan to close you should put close sign online, Google map and apple map both showed you guys are open and I can order food online. I tried to reach you guys for at least a refund but nobody answered my phone. You guys wasted my money and time this place is suck and the management is suck too.

Very good wait staff. Our waitress was very friendly and very helpful, professional, and attentative.

The wings were very well flavors. The cauliflower wings had absolutely the best flavors and seasoning; even better than our 4 wings seasonings that we ordered for the actual chick wings.

The habanero flavored wings were not the best flavor and were served cold
