Bartender Nicole is one of the most terrible bartenders I’ve had in my life. I don’t see a single reason why she is working in the service industry.

Placed an order for 20 wings, tots, and chips. The delivery driver gave us the wrong order and after calling this location I was able to get it replaced which made my night and makes me want to keep using this location

Moved to the neighborhood a few months ago and started trying out this location because it’s across the street from me.

Quality of food and drinks have been just as good as any other B-Dubs location, but service is pretty slow and unenthusiastic. They also randomly change the game on the TV when you’re watching what is currently on there. Almost seems like they have favorite customers that will come in and just take over. A little annoying, but I can’t say I was treated rudely or my food was bad. Just sort of a boring and slow service location.

Worse service EVER! The staff specially at pick up is extremely rude! Worse Buffalo Wild Wings ever also food wasn’t done right and when I tried to explain what the issue was, the lady kept arguing when it clearly showed what was stated in the order. This location really needs to hire people that are trained on how to deal with customers and accept the mistake and fix it without making it into something that it isn’t!

A server named Zoe was extremely passive aggressive towards my table, wished us a bad night, and even cursed at us before we left. We asked if she had a manager that would talk to us about the problem but she refused and we decided to leave rather than press the issue. After a phone call to the manager, my buddy said there had apparently been a misunderstanding about a note he wrote to his girlfriend with an inside joke on it, that a bartender had found weeks prior.

Either way, I can't get over just how poorly my whole table was treated. I initially thought she was making an awkward attempt at humor, but it clearly was not. I've always tipped well and been polite to the staff here, and expected the same in return.

Probably gonna find a different spot to frequent, which is a shame, because the food at this location is typically pretty good.

Food is always barely warm and subpar. Kinda disappointing. I’ve had it where the meal was on point at this location. Last 2 times not the best. Let’s be better. Thanks.

The Thai Curry sauce was way too salty, but the blazing fire sauce was on point. Slow day, but slow all around.

Really small bone in traditional wings. The Tai Curry wings were so salty my friend had to send them back. They are just overpriced for what you get. Lots of beer on tap to choose from that arrived to the table after the food arrived. There's just better wing options to choose from in the area like Pluckers or Anchor Bar. Get more wing for your dollar and go elsewhere.

We got to the restaurant at 1AM. The bartender was our waiter tonight . She was rude to us throughout our stay. When she got us our food, it was packaged as if it was to go when it was meant for us to eat there.

Waited 15 minutes to be waited on and no one came to the table. I guess I'll take my money elsewhere. Too bad
