There is a large gap between how expensive this place is and the quality of the food they serve. It is so average to below average in flavor, and the dishes are mostly ~$50 (not including the massively overpriced steak). I don't mind paying up for an amazing meal, but this ain't it. So mediocre that you leave feeling a bit ripped off.

My husband and I love bulevar, we go at least once a month when we can. Lyndsay, Chadd and the rest of the staff are always beyond friendly and kind. It's out go to spot for date night and it never disappoints. We love bringing friends and family here too! Highly recommend <3

We love Bulevar and have enjoyed every experience. Tried the carved rib-eye last night and it was superb. Also our first time to order the crab tostadas, fresh huge lumps of crab and terrific flavor. I also highly recommend the hamachi, the papas and the carne asada. Had a beautiful sunset and perfect service. It was really special!

Food is just great. A unique experience and for those that are gluten intolerant the entire restaurant is gluten free. Colin, our server was wonderful

The restaurant was a welcome surprise! It had a “downtown” feel in the ease of a suburban location. The food was outstanding, the service was good, and I was delighted by the experience. It will be on our list of restaurants to frequent.

This was our second time at this restaurant and it was even better the second time. We were celebrating an anniversary and a birthday. The staff was so sweet as they signed an anniversary card and a birthday card as well....this was very thoughtful. The flavors in the food were amazing! We highly recommend Bulevar and are looking forward to visiting again very soon.

Slipping. That's the only word that really comes to mind. The service was painfully slow. The menu has been almost completely redone, and my favorite items are no longer there. I hope one day they bring back the mixto pabil. Drinks took forever to get to the table. Our server disappeared for long gaps of time leaving us with empty plates, glasses, and another case, missing silverware. It just all took too long, (3 hours), was too expensive (~100 person with 5 or 6 total drinks for the table and no desert), and lacking in execution.

I really like Bulevar for the following: food, service, decor. But.....we will never go later at night. The noise level was ridiculous, and very uncomfortable to where we could hardly hear one another at our table of 5. We quite literally had to yell! I'd been two other times and once for happy hour and another around 5 p.m. It was much quieter then and more relaxed. This visit was very nervewrackng.

Amazing experience! We did a small surprise BD dinner for a dear friend and our waiter Colin was exceptional. We were all so excited to be together and had no bandwidth to order. Colin offered to take charge for us, asked a few key questions and delighted us with a beautiful variety of plates that are all gluten free. Wonderful evening, highly recommend!

This place is missing good service to be a stellar place. The food here is incredible and the ambiance is well fitting for the type of food they serve. The lack of good service from the bartenders is such a hindrance to this restaurant.
