worst burgers i've ever tried

Over half of the time I come here I get asked to pull around to the front of the building to wait on the food. I order it on the app a while before and it’s still like that. Not always. There’s one lady there, I think she’s a manager- she’s not the nicest person ever although there’s been a couple times she’s been alright.
It’s usually decent. I mean, it’s a Burger King. Nothing amazing. But ya.

Vegetarian options: They have the Impossible Burger which is the only reason I come here sometimes.

Was given the incorrect drink. Employees didn’t ask if I wanted a substitute option. They took the liberty of choosing my drink and immediately walking away. Hispanic female manager ignored me after I waiting 20 min for an online order then I waited another 10 just to ask why my drink was not correct. She spoke Spanish thinking I didn’t understand her so I got her attention by calling her in Spanish. She was rude the whole time. She didn’t care about the poor service I had received. She continued to dismiss me and took my food for not liking my service and told me to request a refund online. She did not work well under pressure. I left and requested a refund.

Mornings are busy in the drive-thru, which causes a longer wait time to get orders. Kinda unpleasant since we were the only ones inside at the time.

Just gave away $26 bucks chicken sandwich meat had lumps couldn't chew it was like rubber. Paid for a double whopper only got a single. I called 10 times and the stupid sob won't answer the phone. Cold day in hell before I go back.

By far the worst BK I've ever been to. Ordered and PAID for 9 items and received 4. Then was treated like it wasn't their problem when I came in to get it corrected. I can understand missing 1 item, maybe even 2. But 5? The manager initially trued to shoo me off and tell me to complain online. I refused and said they better fix it now. Then when they did correct it, they put all the food out in front of me and set it next to an empty bag and I had to bag it myself. Then when the manager tried to be a smartass and told me to verify the order, she still forgot the drink and shake. As someone who used to work in BK when I first got a job, I know the job is hectic and what not, but this level of laziness and incompetency is ridiculous. Manager is useless and has a bad attitude.

I placed an order through the app for my husband to pick up they refused to give him the order then proceeded to call the police on him send pictures of the receipt they finally gave him the order by throwing it at him did not give him his drink I have escalated this through corporate I understand this is Austin in a bad part of town but the service is ridiculous. I tried calling this location for over 20 minutes and all it would do would ring twice and then hang up because the line was busy Burger King you can do better

We hadn't gone to Burger King in a while and decided to give it another try. We pulled up to the drive through(the whole place was empty, we were the only ones there) we ordered a chicken sandwich and a whopper meal with no pickles, it came out to a bit over $20. Once home we began to eat and I noticed the mountain of pickles and jalapeños on my whopper. The employees didn't know so I can't fault them but I have a mild allergy to jalapeños, and a strong aversion to pickles. So I was left with no lunch and a wallet that was $20 lighter

Playscape need a upgrade kids couldn't enjoy there self on slide that slide had them pushing there self down. And it is so hot in play area no air. Food was ok.

I went with my family and we placed our order, and we told them that we were going to redeem some coupons... After 15 minutes, none of the staff that was working knew how to do it, in the end we paid.
Apart from the terrible service, it is added that there is no air conditioning and the temperature is very high.
