I went through the drive through after I got off work (got there at 1:35 AM ish online it says open until 2 AM) and sat waiting for someone to say anything in the drive through for almost 5 minutes; when he finally spoke all he said was “it’s closed” which upset me to no end because it’s the only thing that has anything vegetarian that is supposed to be open when I get out of work.
I wouldn’t be so upset if he wasn’t so snappy with me or even tried explaining that online is wrong (it’s not the sign on the door also says drive-through open till 2) but he was rude and when I drove past the drive through window he gave me a dirty look and went back to counting the register. I just hope in the future that they ether stay open till the posted time or fix the posted time so people don’t have the same experience I had tonight.

I’ve been going to this location once a month for the past 6 months. And without fail the messed up something everytime. My last straw vein that I paid for a large mozzarella fries and only got four to all the drink fountains cokes are diet even in the normal ones. And getting beat up bag from then and my food falling out the bottom in the parking lot. Save your time and go to another location

Dude who works here past 1 always finds an excuse to say it's closed. I showed up over half an hour before close twice in the past week. Once he said it was closed, the other time, he started taking my order until he realized it was large and then he claimed the computer system was down. Wasted my time driving there and then it was too late to get food anywhere else. 1/5

I had it DoorDashed and there was a fry missing. I ordered 3 combos and only got two fries and 3 drinks. All of the chicken sandwiches were under cooked. I called the store multiple times only for the phone to just ring. Bread feels very old like it has been sitting for a while.

Ordered the impossible whopper and nuggets. The whopper came without the whopper and the nuggets were greasy and thin. Like somebody sat on them. Called and when I said what happened they hung up on me. And tried calling again but no answer. Making a complaint to corporate.
