Half the time the buns are stale, they forget items on your order,...Tonight they didn't forget the impossible burger, just the patty inside. I just got the (stale) bun and sauce.

I get this as fast food, but at the window upon Us telling us that within the SpongeBob box since they had no pie, they would give us a cookie, upon returning realizing we didn't have our cookie again I get it's just a cookie but we never got what we paid for. Then they wanted us to repay for a cookie that was already supposed to come with the box. Again I get it's fast food but you should get what you pay for which we did not. I would suggest going to another location, this is not the first time this has happened at this location.

This is not the greatest example of BK, but the location is convenient. Food is consistent, but it is still BK. Service varies all over the place, depending on the tine of day and the crew working. The restaurant itself is rarely clean.

Awful organization at this location. Mobile orders not located after made. Busy rush hour and they have one person on both window and lobby with 2 cooks. How do you staff like that? Time for management change here. 😞

Not only did they get the order wrong, I had to take out everything out of the bag just to prove they got my order wrong. They replaced a pie with onion rings (which my wife is allergic to), and just told me “goodbye” when I brought up to them my wife is allergic. Never going to this Burger King again.
