They gave me some old pickle fries I was excited but not what I expected cold old pieces of mush the mozzarella sticks were fresh why did y’all not cook fresh pickles stop being lazy. These look like the ones that come on the burger not the ones advertised what a shame worst locations stay away.

Wish I could give zero stars. Worst customer service. I walked in , no one ever came to the counter , and when they did , they said dine in was closed . This was 9-22-24 @ 7:15pm. There was 3 cooks standing looking at each other , and 1 cashier doing drive thru orders who didn't even speak English. Will never come here again

I haven’t eaten here in years. The food was much better. The garlic Parmesan wings was……YEAH. The atmosphere was kinda strange I guess because of the location but still not bad. They were short staffed so they had to close the lobby but all in all. Not a bad experience at all.

Wow. I don't expect much from fast food workers or management but what kind of low IQ having sacks of garbage is stupid enough to type the n word on a receipt? THEN to have management be so unprofessional. You'll about to fined out you don't get unemployment when fired for cause, so have fun with that. Good luck finding new employment when your names are EVERYWHERE.

Staff inside, lobby lit up, counters and registers look like they're ready to take orders. Door still inexplicably locked and staff motioning to go through the drive thru. This is in the 11th biggest city in the country at the late, late hour of... 9:30. The store isn't supposed to close until midnight. There's no indicator either online or even in person that the lobby closes early.

If I could give this a zero, I would for how I was treated here today. I stopped in to purchase food but I was in urgent need to use the restroom first. The staff here said that I had to order first and pay before using the restroom. I have never heard of a restaurant doing this and I this it was just plain mean and insensitive that I'm telling them how bad I need to go but was denied. I understand that some people come in to abuse the restrooms in high traffic areas, but the staff there, I'm sure, knows the people in the area who tries to frequently visit the restaurant or bathroom for other reasons besides purchasing food. They never once saw me there. So basically I was denied food and the restroom, because I was UNABLE to order, which happened to be a very large order for my family, unless I relieved myself first. This is obsurd. Discrimination at it's finest.

Burger King on 9523 North Lamar Blvd is disgusting. I had things missing from my orders not once but twice. I tried calling them but they let the phone ring and hung up. They're the worst place to order online from. I WISH I DIDN'T HAVE TO GIVE THEM ANY STARS.
