(Saturday-March 23-8:00pm) The incident occurred at Burger King as an uber. The employee in front of the business treated me unpleasantly. When he delivered my order, he warned me that he would report my account if I didn't follow the rules. When I tried to talk to him to understand his treatment of me, he simply turned his back on me and ignored me, refusing to serve me. Then, I went to door 2, but they didn't want to listen to me either. Finally, at door 1, a colleague informed me that the establishment was closed and they could not serve me. Upon returning to the drive-thru window, the same guy finally helped me. Turns out he was upset that I showed him the person's name on my phone instead of announcing it over the microphone. Although the Uber application did not indicate any specific protocol for picking up orders at that particular location, I think that the fellow at the counter should not have treated me that way out of professional ethics, even if he was right.

The two Hispanic ladies in the front are rude first off. Secondly, I don't think it's fair to not allow us that pick up food for the customers (uber, door dash, etc) to use the bathroom. You have restaurants that will offer us a drink or something and we can't pee?? That's crazy!! I will not pick up orders here nor eat here. We do you guys a favor and get treated this way. I will be making calls.

I see why Burger King Franchises are going bankrupt! The employess at the North Lamar location are RUDE, they close the lobby early and the hamburger patties look like they boiled them and not broiled in their meat contraption like other Burger Kings. The french fries are cold and hard and taste like they dipped them in hot oil to warm them up.They also have a homeless lperson who lives in a brown ford van that steals their electricty and has a serious mess going on by the drive thru window. One of the employees said the GM let him live there in exchange for free food and the homeless guy cleans the parking lot, only it's his own mess he is cleaning.DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING.

This location was actually not too bad which kind of surprise me considering it’s a pretty busy location. Unlike most burger kings, I’ve been to the food, Didn’t taste like it was premade it actually tasted fresh. Referring to the patty was not dried out. It wasn’t hard. It was soft and juicy. As far as curb appeal goes, it almost makes you not want to stop because feels like your vehicle wouldn’t be safe.

I stopped by yesterday 9/20/23 at 10:55pm I know it was 5 minutes before closing but I work on the road and was in for a quick stop to get food (drive thru) nobody greeted me at all, I ended up driving up to the window and saw a guy turned around with no headset and on his phone. I’d be nice if y’all updated the business hours or spoke with the workers to at least be nice enough to let customers know they aren’t taking any orders anymore.

I actually watched a documentary on the founding of Mc Donald's and Burger King, and how Burger King winded up stealing one of Mr. Ray Kroc protégé to help them become a top competitor with Burger King. The two organizations are like the top basketball teams going neck to neck yearly for the championship. It's amazing how they've develop and develop the different entrees to grab the publics attention and customer base even if only for a bit too pull ahead of the other in sales. Then it's back to the drawing board.I'm not too much of a fast food fan, but the French toast sticks, and potato tots with some orange juice in the morning gets my morning going right. They have the 3 or the 5 stick, in which I usually do the 5, and it all comes out to under $10.Even though I believe I'm a bit lactose intolerant like many other African Americans on a hot day a vanilla or chocolate ice cream cone or cup for $100 or under $2 cannot beat. Now they have the $1 frozen Fanta drink.The fish sandwich occasionally is a go to for me as well so I'd be lying if I said every now and then I don't slide through a Burger King.Vegetarian options: Plenty of chicken and fish items.
