This is a location that I really love visiting. The atmosphere is really happy and fun. The staff is always very kind and courteous. The Manager, Juan is very efficient and super nice. He’s created a very nice atmosphere. The outside is always clean and inviting. I look forward to going again soon.

I want to thank Nicole for her kindness. Even though she was working alone, she was able to prepare my order quickly today. I saw on the screen that she had more orders, and today I only saw her and another lady working, while the GM was sitting with another lady and an employee β€” terrible service from them. If I were the GM, I would give Nicole a promotion. I'm not, but I am a GM at another restaurant, and I would love for this young woman to see this comment and consider applying at the Taco Bell in Pflugerville, because she does a wonderful and outstanding job. Congratulations to the young lady and to the woman who was helping her in the kitchen.

Second time trying to give another location a chance, never should of. Made an online order, and realized there were several items missing, kept calling the restaurant over and over, no one would answer. Made online complaint and they refused to refund or give us our missing food. They didn't put our kids meals in, or cookies for the kids, missing a drink and jalapeno bites. And this was our second time giving burger king a chance after they messed up the first time we tired them at a different location. Horrible, awful experience. Will never return to any burger king ever again. Waste of time and money.

Wendy was a manager with poor service. She was very rude when taking orders. Apparently, she also treats her colleagues poorly, since I could hear her yelling at one of them.

I ordered via the app, drove straight to the pickup window, and they told me I should have stopped by the order station to say it. What ???? Why??? Do you want to spend more time talking to me? To make our fast food become slow food now? 🀣🀣🀣🀣

Easy drive-thru experience. Food was fresh and really good. We got the chicken sandwich, and it's usually hit or miss because they can be pretty dry sometimes. However, the past 2 visits have been good.
