I ordered 3 meals one with a Whopper Jr. I ordered a Whopper Jr so that’s what I expected. Instead I got a Whopper Jr with cheese. I understand you may be trying to figure out what the issue is. It is that you should LISTEN TO THE ORDER. I Am ALLERGIC TO CHEESE. After a long day of work who wants to get home 30 mins out to have to worry about what else to eat after you spent money on food you ordered correctly and the server decided to add cheese. This burger doesn’t come with cheese UNLESS YOU ASK. Think they answered the phone to take my call please. It rang until the call dropped. DO BETTER

Yoooo the lady at the drive through was hella mean. I was trying to decide what I wanted , and she kept asking me what I wanted , I politely kept saying to give me a min and I would tell her when I was ready. Mind you there were no customers there because this was like 9:30pm at night and they close at 11pm . I was the only one there . Sorry I interrupted y’all’s free time damn

I had a very disappointing experience at Burger King this afternoon. I ordered a veggie burger, but the service was slow, and when I finally received my order, the patty was undercooked and tasted awful. I went back to express my concern and request a refund or replacement, but the staff initially refused, claiming “that’s how it’s cooked.” After a frustrating and unnecessary back-and-forth, they finally agreed to a refund—but then refused to provide a refund receipt, only saying it would be processed in 3–5 days. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I won’t be returning.
