The manager is a coupon nazi. Me and my girlfriend have two separate apps. She orders and I order. We go Dutch. The manager let me use my coupon code 5.99 for burger and large fries. He refused to let me make a new order and take care of my girlfriend’s order.
Straight refused, said that it’s one coupon per ride. What rule is that??? We pay separately, if I had done it online it would have went through and I could have picked it up. The guy said if I didn’t like it I could leave. Plus it’s not like I was abusing it, it was a 5.99 for a burger and fries. How is the store losing money? That’s crazy work
Their tap to pay machine doesn’t reach so I also had to let him take my phone inside to pay.
Update: the fries are cold 😭😂😂 you’d think they could back up better service with that attitude

The staff here not properly trained They stopped selling breakfast at 10:15 am. There always making my orders wrong. Staff are rude , higher their voices . Or don’t know what they’re doing at the front counter dealing with customers.

They always forget to give me sugar for my coffee and creamers ? and the cold coffee I don't go back there they are always very careless the coffee is super black and cold check your staff if you don't want to talk to the public look for another job be nice to customers a smile It costs nothing and is a positive act.

Never was able to order. The menu screens were blacked out except the far right panel. They didn't even acknowledged my presence until after other people showed up to pick up their orders. Was asked if I had an online order, once I stated no, they turned around and walked away. Will not go back to this specific establishment.
