The menu prices are NOT what you will be charged at the window, and the manager refused to either refund the difference or take the food back in exchange for a full refund. It's one thing if its a couple cents off, but my order ended up being twice as expensive.When I drove around to ask why my total was so high, the female manager said they didn't care the prices on the menu was wrong and that they will continue charging whatever they like. When I started recording the manager refused to talk, and the only person who would respond is the kid they had working the drive thru. Feel bad for him because he did nothing wrong, and has to deal with customers mad at that horrible little manager all day.Terrible (and illegal) service, manager should be fired on the spot.

This location specifically is horrible. It was 7:12am on a Sunday (12 minutes after they open), one of the associates let their other associate in while we were at the door checking the hours, and they locked the door right behind them. Then nobody responded in the drive through upon mamy requests of someone on the other end. Horrible service

If you're looking for the Burger King from your youth this isn't it. Whooper Junior was very small and lukewarm. No "flame broiled" flavor.

It's one of THE worst services I have seen in Burger King. The manager on duty is Crap! Maybe that's why the employees in front are slow and look upset. I walked in the lobby to pick up an order, there was one man waiting and no one was attending the front. The manager stuck his head from around the corner, and he said someone will come soon I'm busy. I waited and waited while his employee was taking his take bagging fries for one of the manager orders from the drive thru. The employee looked at me for a few min, and I showed him my phone to let him know I was just picking up. I was there was food bagged already on a top shelf by him. After 5 minutes, the manager told him in Spanish, "Take this food outside to that car, they can wait if they want. If not, they can leave." this REALLY infuriated me! Because I speak Spanish and understand it very clearly. The young guy came back and he was talking the man in front of me and making faces. I told him hey I'm just trying to pick up this order. He turned back and gave me the bag. That food was sitting up their for a good 8min. I was so pissed that I just grabbed the bag and walked out. They are so beyond unprofessional!! That manager does not know how to treat people. Idk if they were short staff, but everyone deserves a good attitude type of service.

I ordered a double whopper with heavy ketchup to only end up with a double whopper only ketchup the soda tastes like garbage so I ordered a milkshake instead this time. Usually if I order a combo, I have to throw the soda away because it’s just gonna taste bad. I tried to call to get it resolved, but no one answered the phone.

Look - it’s a Burger King… I get it. Nobody expects 5 star service. But the floors were sticky, the ice was empty (with no staff concern to correct the problem), the ketchup was oddly watered down, and the woman working the register couldn’t have visibly hated her job more.Really a notably bad experience, even for a Burger King.

Terrible customer service by Sergio late at night wasn't able to be helpful rude and non-responsive when needing help. Service was not up to satisfaction. I do not plan on coming back here as my first time in Austin.
