First time here. I was the only customer and they still manage to mess up my order. They gave me fries instead of the cheese tots in the bikini bottom meal. I ate the half the burger as I drove back to my place to find out tots’ missing. I drove back and ask for the tots and ask if I can get another burger since it’s cold now just so they can make up for this. The lady freakin laughed as if I’m scamming them for a damn burger. They did not apologize and just gave me the missing tots. What a joke

This is the only Burger King in my area. Historically, I like Burger King better than other national chains. I've been there about 6 times in the last 3 years, through the drive thru Each time, I got a very, very dried out, barely lukewarm-meat whopper with a slightly hard bun. Business might improve over there if they get back to just making their unhealthy food at least taste good. Nothing comes through the drive thru window warm or fresh. Gross. Just gross.

I only do drive through breakfast here and the person who works the drive through (Jose I think) is very friendly and nice. They’re a little slow but the food is always hot and fresh. Meets my expectations for a Burger King.

07/28: Visited this location since I am a dasher and saw two female women that didn’t greet me when they came to the front. One was on the phone and the other was maybe doing a task but didn’t really look busy. I didn’t feel welcomed.
07/29: visited location again for door dash at 11:25pm and tell me why a woman handling the food with gloves on was on her phone then started making new orders without changing the gloves. Reasons why I don’t eat take out food.
Open 24 hrs. Went to ordering screen no one answered, drove by drive thru window no one in sight, walked inside stood at the counter and waited till I waived down an employee who only spoke Spanish. Took way too long to finally talk to someone to get my order.
