Bravo Bush's! They did the right thing! For several years I have gotten the coupon in the mail for their liver/gizzards meal. A couple of years ago the coupon was to get the what was a just over $5 meal for just over $2. I noticed that the coupon is now for $5 and the meal is somewhere around 8 bucks. Well everything is gone up everywhere so that's no surprise however, although the prices have gone up everywhere what you get in the food has gone down in quantity at most places but not here at Bush's Chicken. I was surprised when I was handed by two meals to go because the bag was awfully heavy. before I drove off I had to make sure that I had gotten the right meals. I was stunned when I opened the boxes. There were more pieces than I had ever gotten in all my years of going. In addition to that their gizzards which used to be slightly tough were perfectly cooked! Their roles are always perfect and they're sweet tea if you have not had their sweet tea then you should. It's just some good old southern sweet tea! So although the price went up a little bit I have experienced receiving way more food than ever before. I think I ate off of my meal. So I have to say they did the right thing by adding so much more food making it very worth paying a little bit extra. If it was hot it was tender and it was satisfying!
This Bush’s Chicken is by far the best I’ve seen as far as customer service. I love coming in here. Never a sour look or a grumpy word!

ordered the 4pc tenders combo, wasn't disappointed. order came out hot and fast. large portions and good ice tea for a good price, im hooked.

The food was good but the restaurant was filthy. Management definitely isn't doing their job. The restrooms were filthy and 95% of the tables were dirty. Then an employee cleaned 1 table and left the other 90% dirty.
Ate there twice this week and they got our order wrong both times. And to add injury to insult, their cardboard drink carrier collapsed about 20 mins later and dumped root-beer in my car stereo, dangit.
Stop giving people old stale fries. I paid full price so why do I get old food?

Have been multiple times, and the food/service is pretty consistent. We don’t get big smiles when we come around, but that’s fine, we’d prefer fast and polite service. Doesn’t have to be overly fake-friendly.
The chicken is crispy and stays that way, even when you take it to go and are 10+ minutes away. The fries and rest of the items are usually fresh too. Their sauce game in general needs work, if I’m gonna give it to HQ straight, here. Need more flavors, more passion.
Their inside is decent but you probably will always need to give it a simple wipe down for grease / crumbs, tables and booth.
