I only went to bush’s in the daytime. Don’t waste your time at night. I headed there coming in from work and ordered a tender strip meal. The tenders were old, okra was cold, and box half full. The roll was hard and this was a big disappointment being I love bush’s chicken. The best thing I received was the tea. I will think twice before going there again.

I use to come here often, but now it has gone down hill. The people they hire don't care about thier job or their customers. I came in today, stood at the counter for 15 minutes and not a single person said a word to me. I was the only one in line. When I asked for the manager, the cashier pointed to the closed door to his left. What a waist of time!! Never coming back!!

Today was my first disappointed experience with any Bush location. The rolls were not brown and seemed undercooked. The chicken was cooked but no seasoning and very light crust color. Teas tasted different. Did management change?

This used to be my favorite chicken place. There chicken is small now like the rest of the fast food chains. It takes two chicken legs to equal one of the old legs. Very disappointing. I used to bring my team in to eat there. Even family from out of town. They tried this same thing 3 or 5 years ago but went back to bigger legs. I might as well go back to Churches chicken.
