Today was my first disappointed experience with any Bush location. The rolls were not brown and seemed undercooked. The chicken was cooked but no seasoning and very light crust color. Teas tasted different. Did management change?

This used to be my favorite chicken place. There chicken is small now like the rest of the fast food chains. It takes two chicken legs to equal one of the old legs. Very disappointing. I used to bring my team in to eat there. Even family from out of town. They tried this same thing 3 or 5 years ago but went back to bigger legs. I might as well go back to Churches chicken.

My chicken was undercooked and pink when served to me, my families chicken as well. - My husband, cousin and myself have all been very sick. Considering submitting a report to food and safety administration being that the store additionally to that was not in very clean standard, you could smell the filth from behind the soda machine.
