I just want to profusely thank the staff especially the female I think manager and Levi the cashier. I ordered for online pickup (7-26) and unfortunately my order was missed, when I came to pickup the first woman told me they were working on it. I waited for about 10 more minutes when who I think the manager came over and asked me if I was waiting on that order I said yes and she began apologizing profusely saying they had missed it but they were making it right now not only that she refunded my entire order and gave me a coupon for a free meal. This was AMAZING customer service. I was already having a terrible day and felt the world was against me and even though my order was missed she turned my entire day around! This was such an amazing and kind gesture I was floored. This was a great staff member and Levi even offered me a free drink! I am now a lifetime fan of Cabo Bobs, it’s rare to have a place with such amazing customer service thank you all so so much! Of course the food was amazing as always!

This place makes such good burritos. Let's say that I went here twice. The one time I went it was stupidly crowded and I was like forget that. The second time it was a lot better. The first time I went was 1pm and the second after 3pm. Anyways, I looked first at the reviews before I went and all the pictures were of the menu but do not worry I have many pictures. I got the veggie or vegan burrito and did the wife. First off you get to pick from meat or vegan, then you pick your toppings, then you pay. Simple but there were many choices to pick with going the vegan way which was awesome because the burrito was big and it only cost like 8 bucks. You can get a soda and as many refills you want but be warned mostly all have sugar and only three did not. I'm talking about diet coke and diet Dr pepper. When I go next I would get water. Yes I would go again for sure and my wife who is vegan would too. She did say that everything tastes fresh. I could not tell. They do have other stuff like nachos, tacos, bowels, etc and also they have a kids item which is cool. All in all good places to spend your money, oh my wife said it's better than Chipotle. The lady at the register today said something wrong about me and my husband in Spanish, not knowing I speak Spanish!!! I spoke to the manager about the incident, the manager took her to the back to speak with her, we were waiting on my husband’s fish tacos to be ready, then I see the manager and cashier coming from the back and they were both laughing! What a bad experience this was and definitely will not be returning!!
