They completely ignore delivery orders and then cancel without warning. Tried to call (before the order was cancelled) and no one answers the phone. Never had a chance to try their food, this was my first attempt, and I will never give them another chance. Boo.
ETA: I placed my order through grubhub for delivery. They reassigned my driver 8 times because the store wasn’t making the food. Then the store cancelled my order.

The food tastes good but good luck getting the shitty delivery system to actually deliver. We've had our food delivered to a TREE. And multiple times it just doesn't show up. Today we ordered at 12:00 and at 1:30 had to reorder, because the driver showed up to the restaurant claimed it and left it.
And if I try to order for pickup the site tries desperately to force me to use the same shitty delivery system.

Really enjoy going here. They have delicious and also healthy options. I appreciate that you can either get one of their pre-done meals or you can create your own.

A woman ahead of me in line couldn't pay for her chips and queso. The cashier said she would pay for it herself. I told her I wanted to, and she almost wouldn't let me.
I love nothing more than going out for food but then having a real human experience. I know it may not be attributable to Cabo Bob's themselves, but it warms my heart anyway.
As for the burritos, I love them
(In retrospect, the woman was most likely pulling a bit of a scam, given the details which I'll omit, but that's beside the point.)

Cabo Bob's silver delivery minivan attempted to cut me off and honked at me while I was IN A CROSSWALK crossing a street downtown. West Avenue and 17th Street. 11:45 am on Feb. 19th.

I really do believe that a specific location can make or break a restaurant that you really like. I decided to go to a different location today this one the one closer to where I am usually in the evenings, the people in the line we're not very attentive to what you were asking for them to do. And the one guy when he put the Peppers he barely put any on the thing like I think he grabbed two and I said no I want more and then he overdid it and he overdid it with the queso like I've got queso leaking on the lid and they didn't do anything to clean up the mess. At the end I asked the lady I actually said it quite loud I said I want this on the side and she began to put it on the actual top and I said no and I had to exclaim louder and the little lady short little lady young too at the cash register rolled her eyes and then walked away from the counter for like 5 minutes while there is a line out the door just to put a mountain side of cups already there and it almost seemed like she was doing it a bit malicious because she didn't like how I had to raise my tone to ensure that something didn't take place on my food which I wouldn't have had to do if the listening skills in that food line had been active. One of the things that I didn't really care for at this one is they didn't tell the cashier what kind of food I was getting like they didn't write it on the to-go container which is what I'm used to because the other location I go to does even when they're super busy. It basically boils down that there wasn't a lot of cohesion in the food line and that caused a lot of issues. I guess I'll just stay at my other location and I won't come back to this one

Good food but attitude (visibly rolling eyes) any time I politely ask to mix the food before closing the burrito. I believe it’s reasonable to not want all the sour cream in a single spot. Did it with aggression and broke the tortilla- Use a spoon if it’s that frustrating

Worst Cabo Bobs I’ve been to.
There was a hair in my online order, and I had to call the store FIVE times to finally get someone on the phone. I explained the situation to the girl answering and she said they’d place my name on a “VIP list” so I could get my next order for free.
I placed my next order at 11:51am and it said it’d be ready at 12:15pm. I get there and ask the person for my order and he said it’d be a while longer… it wasn’t ready until 12:26. 35 minutes for a bowl. Ended up having to leave without food because I was going to miss my meeting.
Couldn’t recommend this place less.
