Cabo Bob’s catering was a huge hit for a recent get together that I hosted. People were raving about the chips, queso and tortillas. They can’t be beat for the price and I’ll definitely use them for future events and gatherings.
Additionally, I was a little late in trying to place my catering order (needs to be done about a day in advance for online orders) but their catering team was very gracious and got everything sorted out with very little notice.

Great food but service is very slow. Sometime you arrive to pick us an order and it isn’t ready. Right now it took them 5 minutes to see me and the food wasn’t even ready. So another 3 minutes.

Compared to chipotle this place beats them hands down. We ordered a steak bowl and steak burrito. It was crazy packed inside and the option to order online was not easy accessible. Went inside instead to order, it was very packed, very loud, very chaotic. Shouting and point to ingredients was a little unorganized. The food was a good quality but not sure if would go through the madness again.

Love Cabo Bobs, but the location on Ben White was too busy for quick work lunch. So happy we got a Sunset Valley location! Went yesterday for lunch, finally.. and sending my son for pickup tonight!
The food was absolutely incredible! We're thrilled that the new restaurant is finally open. As the only one in the area, there was a long line out the door. The 20-minute wait was definitely worth it. Every dish was cooked to perfection, just as we've come to expect. One minor drawback was the parking situation. The lot was full, so we had to park a bit farther away. However, the friendly staff, especially Rogelio, made up for it. He was incredibly kind and even took the time to chat with us. Despite the crowd, there were plenty of tables available both indoors and outdoors. The staff worked diligently to accommodate everyone. While there's no drive-thru, which is typical for this type of restaurant, the overall experience was fantastic.

I drive past the Cabo Bob’s on UT campus everyday and can see that the place is always packed…now I know why. That was hands down one of the best fish tacos I’ve ever had…And certainly my favorite in Austin. I’m so glad this one opened up in Sunset Valley!
