We tried this place for the first time today and we were terribly disappointed. The food was mid at best, the service was not great from the younger girl working there. You could tell she just genuinely did not care. All of that could have been overlooked though if they were honest about their “gluten free” options. We ordered two items each, both claiming to be gluten free, and within minutes I was having a SEVERE gluten reaction. Do not recommend this place at all.

If you're looking for some Authentic Venezuelan food, with a touch of TX, you've found your spot! The Brisket Cachapa i had was amazing. The Brisket was moist, and the service was phenomenal! So sweet and caring. I gave it 5 stars out of 5, but that's only because I couldn't guve this place a 10 star review. I'll definitely be back!

Have you been to this Venezuelan food truck? Cachito''s (1108 e. 12th) was some of the best food I've had in a long time. We had the special and it had the perfect balance of flavors and textures. It was filling and amazing. My daughter had the empanadas and chowed them down. They were simple yet so flavorful. It was meat was so juicy and flavorful. I hope this one keeps growing!

The empanadas first caught my eye until I saw arepas on the menu. I have been dying to try them and I’m so happy this was the place where I got them. I also had a cachito for the first time! HOW HAVE I NEVER HAD ONE BEFORE?!?! It was so amazingly delicious. The wonderful person in the window is so friendly too. Definitely my new favorite truck.

This place is amazing, there’s 7 more food trucks but my favorite was cachitos 512, if you like Venezuelan food this is the place! If you want to try something different this is the place!!! The empanadas are AMAZING so flavorful and the cachapa (cachapa is a cornmeal pancake) with brisket and cheese, was my favorite! They had a special of beef hearty food and it was soooo good, the perfect comfort food soup!

Absolutely delicious. Flavors all blended together perfectly. Every bite was magic. And to top it all off: gorgeous presentation.
