They mentioned it being slow lately, not sure what the deal is but the service workers went above and beyond and the seafood gumbo was surprisingly good so I am happy to support them :)

This place was really slow for a Saturday. The staff is great, food is okay… bread pudding was just bad. I would say it’s a good place for drinks and starters but go somewhere else for actual food.

Found this restaraunt late in our trip to Austin and wish we had found it sooner! Our server was highly attentive and the food was 5 star! We had the swordfish special- it was prepared well and the presentation was lovely. Red Fish and Ahi Tuna mango salad were delicious and the Crab Mac was wonderful. New England Clam Chowder…..don’t second guess yourself…just….order…it.

Will visit again when in Austin!

Surprisingly we were the only people in the restaurant for most of our brunch on Saturday. The food was fine, not great - would not recommend the avocado toast since they don’t even toast the bread. That said, the accompaniments for it are delicious, especially the salmon. The beignets were a welcome surprise, the blueberry (?) jelly was a little grainier than I would have hoped. The hash brown that came with my Benedict Arnold was delicious, although the eggs were not properly drained after poaching. Overall, could be great - just need to focus on details.

Came here for lunch while visiting. The place was pretty empty. Service was great. Food was good. Prices were a bit high. I would recommend.

Had flowers delivered early to have to tabel set for my reservation. Waiter was very professional and polite. A new bartender also showed up to the table to offer us free martinis to see how he did. Very special feeling for a much deserved night out for me and my wife. We work alot and always like to find places we enjoy to spend the little free time we have.

Horrible experience for my 50th birthday. Service was bad. Server never came around, there were no appetizer plates brought with the appetizers. We had to walk to another table to grab some. Crab cakes tasted like old freezer burnt crab meat. Oysters were good, shrimp brochette was good but it took 45 minutes just to get appetizers. Meals came, I had no steak knife, no one ever came to see if we needed anything. Just really poor service all the way through.

Came in early, around 5PM- we were one of 3 couples in the bar area- so it was very quiet- almost too quiet. Service was great. We had drinks and apps- the calamari was excellent (great dipping sauce and perfectly cooked), and the Ceviche was very flavorful.

Catfish Louisiana was o.k. Service was pretty bad. Arrived around noon, finally got our food about an hour later and it wasn't that busy. Appetizer came after my dinner was served. First time to eat lobster bisque with a tea spoon, soup spoon would have been better.

And here to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The place was very quiet, surprising on a Saturday evening. Nevertheless, the service and food were good. We had oysters, caprese salad and the fish dishes that were all cooked well. The location is right across the convention center and Fairmont Hotel where we stayed.

Amazing restaurant, the food was amazing, I had the oysters, mussels and scallops and it all was amazing. The drinks were great as well. The server was very attentive and friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Don't waste money on the atmosphere/location. The food is impressively bland.
