The baristas who are here Sunday morning do a great job!

Coffee was good but don't come here thinking any of the outlets to charge devices are any good. Just about every outlet is so worn it can't even keep the power bank in place; it'll fall at the slightest movement.
Owner: please replace all your power receptacles with new that can actually hold power blocks in place

if I’m paying $6 for a cappucino… at least make a cappucino!!! Nah seriously bc at these prices, I would expect baristas to be trained. Where’s the foam. It’s just hot milk and espresso. I KNOW y’all can do better. Thoroughly disappointed. Also I bought a muffin and a drink— only got one stamp. At least give a brother two stamps I’m spending an hour’s pay to try and catch a morning vibe and instead I’m left feeling crummy about this whole thing. Y’all are price surging and preying on students and it’s not cool… it’s embarrassing.
That being said I’ve had many good cappuccinos here, and the vibes are great. I’m just fed up with the prices tbh.

FAVOURITE STUDY SPOT. Amazing matcha (highly recommend the rose strawberry matcha). The matcha is good quality and good ratio - not diluted like most matcha places. Great pastries too! A lot of nice seating and lovely vibe.

I've been a patron of Medici since I came to Austin 3 years ago. Not only do I regularly visit this location but this is where I get my beans from. Over the years, I have also befriended several of their baristas.
I went there this before before my class, it was moderately busy, and there were two women in front of me, talking to each other and the cashier. The cashier kept talking to them and not taking orders for a while. Then another girl walks in, cuts in front of me, and is also friends with one of the women in line, and places her order. The cashier doesn't say anything. I finally place my order, stand at the bar waiting for it for 7-8 mins, but it never arrives. Turns out they messed up my order (which was an Americano and a bag of beans). And to top it all of, I was late for the class I was supposed to teach.
I spent about 15 mins there for something that should have taken 5 mins, and then never got it, and got late for my class - effectively ruining my morning.
Thankfully, one of the baristas was patient and kind enough to listen to my and apologize.
Staff is what makes a cafe. Don't think I'd like to go here anymore.

shit wifi but still easily the best coffeeshop near campus. sometimes can be annoying working here for that reason.
I am in Austin TX Airport..worst customer service. Touched my cinnamon roll because it didn't seem warm. I asked the clerk if she could warm it in their oven for a bit and was told no! Manager was called of whom sounded like she was just going through the motions. Customer service is trash
Air conditioner, broken, cooler unplugged with warm sodas in it, tables are dirty, sign on the door says cash only and the whole place looks like it is falling apart. The cup of coffee is decent, but you can’t hang out and enjoy it because it’s a mess in here.

Not bad coffee but it feels like there is no AC at all in the building. I can’t stay there long without breaking out in sweat.

Wifi is usually really slow here, and often a little bit loud. Coffee is kind of pricey and there isn’t as much variety as other shops. The lattes are okay but usually ask for extra shot b/c it is not strong enough for me. I really like the espresso tonics here though. Matcha is also usually too sweet i would ask for half sweet. Pastries are pretty good especially the banana bread. Kimbala chai and golden milk kind of just gives off cultural appropriation vibes to me. View from top floor is pretty aesthetic. Overall I recommend this coffee shop as a date spot over studying

This place was so pretty, like the vibe was amazing, and the matcha was the best thing I’ve ever had, and the cashier was so sweet and pretty, this place made my trip to Austin like the best experience, I’m definitely gonna go back when I have the chance!!
I've been coming here once a week as a little pick me up after I meet with my therapist who works off of UT campus. It is always clean and smells nice in here, the baristas are kind and respectful and always playing something interesting on the speakers. The vibes downstairs differ from those upstairs, one being quieter and one being more sociable and noisy, so it's nice to have two different options depending on your mood. There is charm and character to the inside with wood paneling and real wooden tables and chairs and a real brick wall. Very cozy industrial. The coffee has never disappointed me, it's coffee! And they have a GREAT selection of food and treats available throughout the day. Would recommend it as a place to stop if you're looking for coffee in and around guad and the campus.
Ordered an iced latte, got watery milk an essence of coffee. Not sure how it’s possible for a latte to taste like nothing at all, couldn’t taste the milk. The coffee was barely there, it was like a whisper in the back of your throat. I’m no coffee aficionado but I appreciate the different roasts and undertones of a good cup of joe. You don’t get that here. Spacious coffee shop with two floors and many tables so I can see why students go here to study, probably for the ambiance not the coffee.
