Very slow at online orders. online ordering itself is not very good. I accidentally ordered something online twice and apparently the store has no way to refund you and they don’t have anybody for you to call.

Came in from out of town for New Years! Looked for a local coffee shop and found yall! This coffee is delicious and full of flavor and none of the bitter! I got a triple latte plain and it was amazing!! Thank you!

The girl with the black hair and glasses tried to charge me full price for a kolache and full price for a drink, even though it was after 3pm (theyre supposed to be half off after 3pm) and wouldnt take the safe to save app even though ive used it there before. wasted my gas driving to get there. just went somewhere else.

Food was good, but would have been better heated up. I personally found the coffee bad. I had a lavender honey latte and it was both very bitter and soapy. We ordered 2 lattes, a muffin, and a sweet danish, and the price was ~$24. I don't live in Austin so I don't know if that's common, but it seemed high based on other local shops I've attended. The bathrooms were a bit beat up looking and need some TLC. The music was mostly classic rock.

My experience at Medici Roasting was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. Their coffee is rich, smooth, and freshly roasted — you can really taste the quality. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready with great recommendations. I am in Austin TX Airport..worst customer service. Touched my cinnamon roll because it didn't seem warm. I asked the clerk if she could warm it in their oven for a bit and was told no! Manager was called of whom sounded like she was just going through the motions. Customer service is trash

Our go to spot for coffee - always!! The staff is incredible! Today was the second day they were without air conditioning, and the staff still opened and served us with a smile on their faces.
