I understand that dogs can’t be inside for seating, but I was just standing there holding my small dog while trying to order a coffee to go. The staff told me I had to leave my dog outside before they would even take my order. That felt unnecessary and really unwelcoming.

I am in Austin TX Airport..worst customer service. Touched my cinnamon roll because it didn't seem warm. I asked the clerk if she could warm it in their oven for a bit and was told no! Manager was called of whom sounded like she was just going through the motions. Customer service is trash

Took a chance on a spot I was in the neighborhood. I was pleased with the menu options for drip and pour over. The light roast Mexican single origin was just what I needed to rescue my day. Perfectly delivered espresso:sweet ratio. Nice atmosphere with areas to sit inside or out. Nice tunes. Bought a bag for home.
Special matcha was a pretty bad combination of flavors, regular espresso drinks were not terrible but below average.
