Waitress could not have liked her job any less. “What's the fish of the day?” “I don't know, is probably like salmon, or snapper, or something”. Food was underwhelming for the price point.

Our server was amazing and on point. APPS were beautifully designed and plentiful and decided to ‘NOSH' on apps with a side a MAC & cheese with brisket chunks. Best dinner and wish I had taken pics... will return!

Food was good, but not worth the price. The burger was $30. There was also a $10 upcharge to add brisket to the mac and cheese. Paying $40 for a burger and brisket mac is a bit much. The waiting staff did a wonderful job and even gave us a discount because my wife's burger was not cooked properly and had to be remade. I really wanted fries, but that was not an option.

It was a pleasure to have spent our Valentines there. It was easy to find through OpenTable.

Cannon + Belle was a lovely experience for our Valentine's Day. The service was personable and attentive without being intrusive, and the ambiance was warm and polished without pretension. But the true standout was the food. The flavors contrasted and conformed perfectly in each dish. We left feeling like we had a savory experience unlike any we've had before.

It seems like hotel staff was pressed in to waitstaff positions for Valentine's Day rush. Service provided was not inline with the price point.

Wonderful experience for Valenatines Day. A great 4 course dinner inspired by Chef Jeremy. Great value for the quality of the dinner. The entire staff was prompt and kind.

This is inside the Hilton hotel in downtown Austin. Wonderful cocktails, especially their old fashioned! I highly recommend the brisket mac n cheese. Jim was our bartender, he provided excellent service with a very pleasant demeanor. My boyfriend and I come here sometimes for date night cause we love the food/drinks so much.

The food and service was excellent! Kendra took such good care of us. It was so convenient to have a great food/drinks option in the hotel the night we landed. We enjoyed the food so much we ate there again. Lots of good food choices in Austin but don't overlook Cannon & Belle.

I was expecting to get a heavy southern meal when I looked over the menu, but was so delighted by how fresh and delicious everything was!! The selections were fresh and a fun twist on some classic choices. Definitely try the hummus and wedge salad!!!

I was expecting a high price as this was in a Hilton, but $41 for a roasted half chicken with potato salad is just painful (think: half a $4.99 Costco chicken and a scoop of potato salad). And this really was the best of the available options. Service was fine. The dessert, entitled peach ice cream crumble, was $11 and appeared to be warmed canned peaches, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and some crumbles on top. Not terrible, but certainly overpriced.

Dinner wasn't to my liking, but they mention using all local products so gave it a try.

Well the food is usually good but if you want to be rude when I ask when will I be waited on I will probably walk out of your restaurant. What a joke of a place…he then went on to tell me it will be an hour and a half for food. That’s just how it is. You just got my last dollar.
