Horrible customer service!! Capital One is closing my saving’s account with no explanation, only stating “we reserve the right to close accounts for no reason at all.” I have had a checking and savings account for four years now. I have never been overdrawn or had any problems with the accounts, ever. No explanation has been given, even by the “specialist” I was transferred to during my phone conversation which took almost an hour of being on hold. DO NOT OPEN ANY ACCOUNTS WITH CAPITAL ONE. You are at risk of being closed out with no explanation given

One of my favorite coffee shops in Austin with the best service by far. I forgot my laptop charger and the employee Jeremy ran out of the store to give it back to me. 10/10, Highly recommend!

One of the best places I ever found to study at! There are large tables with so many outlets. The employees have been so kind and thoughtful every time. I’ve been given several free drinks from them! They are considerate people who care!! Aside, I love their drinks and the 50% capital one discount is amazing.

Great place to relax and get some work done. The coffee is closer to a European style – smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet – which I really appreciate. Friendly staff and a very comfortable atmosphere.

I was passing by the building starting in the windows, hoping to find a public restroom, but didn’t see one inside and kept walking. A security guard came out to me with a huge smile (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name) and said that they are pet friendly and invited me to come inside. They let me use a clean restroom, and Erika was very kind—she gave me recommendations about Austin and even shared a whole list of places to visit she made her own.

They also didn't push me to buy anything or try to take advantage of my time in any ways.

Stellar Service at Verve Coffee

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Capital One Café Verve, and it's safe to say that I was completely blown away by the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the inviting atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home.

Christian and the crew were truly exceptional in their service, making sure my visit was nothing short of perfect. Their passion for coffee and dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction. They went above and beyond to recommend the ideal latte and handcrafted drink options based on my preferences, I chose the turmeric ginger latte - delightful!

Capital One Café Verve is the perfect destination for a handcrafted drink. Kudos to Christian and the entire team for creating such a welcoming and delightful café!

Came to this location for the first time for the Monday MBA free drink promo running through 09/22/25. The staff here are really friendly and chat with customers around the café, which gives it a more relaxed vibe compared to New York--even when it's busy. They recently merged with Discover, so you can get 50% off drinks when paying with a Discover card on the other days.

I arrived around 2 PM and there was still a long line. It took about 15 minutes to order and another 5-7 minutes to get my drink.

Strawberry Cold Foam Matcha with Soy Milk: The matcha was a deep green and filled half the cup, while the other half was the strawberry cold foam. Unfortunately, the drink was way too sweet and tasted artificial. This was my first time trying it with soy milk, so maybe that affected the flavor, but overall I didn't enjoy it. I tried the same drink in NYC last week and didn't like it either--the matcha there was light and watered down.

Next time I'll go for the honey lavender latte, which I really enjoyed in New York.
