Absolutely the best Philly cheese steak in Austin... It was love a first bite, the roll was soft, steak was tender, the papers and onions soft but not over cooked.. Would like to say more but I am eating......

YESSSSS !!!!! FINALLY !!!! I have not had a BOBBIE SANDWICH since 2010 in Las Vegas. Finally Capriotti's is in Texas...BEST DAY EVER and BEST SANDWICH EVER !!!

PHENOMENAL quality food. This location is not a dine-in, it’s grab your food and go. That said, even without any atmosphere or service to speak about, this makes one of my very rare 5 star lists. I tried 3 sandwiches and all were superb. I am thandful this place exists. Austin does not have many sandwhich / sub choices

I manage a Pizzeria in south Austin and we have tried ordering Capriotti's several times(4-5) through GrubHub and other apps. We kept having problem with our orders. Randomly canceled orders, wrong sandwiches and extremely late delivery on the one order that went through. I found out today, by calling Capriotti's franchise location, that Reef? Kitchens are doing Capriotti's and completely screwing things up. Capriotti's management said they are not affiliated with Capriotti's itself. My last order of $45 I had to pick up myself after another canceled order and even a discount that Reef kitchens offered apparently separately from Capriotti's.Capriotti's should be ashamed to treat south Austin so negatively. This will be my last order from them period. Maybe if Capriotti's reaches out, provides some better explanation and compensation for all the hassle south Austin resident have to go through just to have their food.

I was excited to have a new sub close to me. I'm from the Northeast and rasied on subs so love a decent sub sandwich. It's not a bad sub but for the price and hype - not for me. I would suggest Jersey Mike's for a great sub and Thundercloud for best sub at a good price.

Found a big piece of a Turkey bone in my sandwich.

I’ve ate here many times and it’s always great! My favorites have to be the BBQ chicken sandwich and the meatball sub.

Amazing sandwiches! I loved both the pastrami and the Thanksgiving sandos. Will definitely eat there again.

This is a delivery / pickup food kitchen, but lives up to the great Capriottis name. Sandwiches came out piping hot and fresh

Got these sandwiches catered for a work meeting and woooow. I absolutely ate too many, but I had to try all six. And I have zero regrets about it. As a lover of subs and sandwiches, I will definitely be a regular here.

Had these sandwiches for the first time and really enjoyed them. The pastrami sandwich was wicked good, I will be back for sure.

I had been reading good things about this "sandwich shop" and I wanted to give it a try. I guess I have lived a very "sheltered" life this past year and I was not aware of these places that are not really retail, but provide freshly made food to the public and to delivery services. I was in the area and drove over expecting a typical Sandwich shop. I found a very nondescript building with one promotional poster for Capriotti's in a window. I walked in the building entrance and immediately knew I was lost! I saw a few digital tablets mounted to a wall to "check on your order". I very naively didn't order "on-line", because I thought I could go to the "counter", review the menu and order a couple of sandwiches. There was a very nice woman at the lobby counter who explained things to me. She told me there was a wide variety of restaurants with kitchens in this building. Each kitchen was individually owned and staffed. She explained to me that everything is ordered on-line and then I would get a text confirmation when the order was ready. Seems easy enough, although different. I should also say, I never use the food delivery services, because when I did I didn't like the results (and delivery fees). So, I sat in the small waiting area and ordered two sandwiches to share with friends I was meeting up with. I ordered a medium size 10" Classic Cheese steak, which was very good with a soft roll and very flavorful. Also, I ordered the famous "Bobbie"-large 18" (roasted turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce). What I don't understand is the error that was made on the Bobbie sandwich. It's just 4 ingredients for the filling. I ordered it on line without mayonnaise. I have one friend that is absolutely NOT a fan of mayo. I can almost accept this error on a phone call or in person, but when it's in writing--how can they get that wrong? Even the receipt states "no Mayo"! We all enjoyed the Cheese steak. The Bobbie was good, but that one error, completely ruined the sandwich for one friend. There's just no excuse when you make an online order for the kitchen to NOT get it 100% correct. Not too excited about trying Capriotti's again, but if I do, I guarantee I will double check the sandwich before I leave!

Seriously? Just save you money and order from a sandwich shop that actually makes a decent sandwich. Thundercloud, Jason’s Deli, Jersey Mike’s are better… no competition.
