My waiter ariana was very kind to us and was incredibly fast with her service

We’ve been coming here for some time and never left a review, despite loving the food. We had an issue with service for the first time ever today. Decided to speak to the manager, just to provide some feedback. We reiterated that we did not want a discount or anything, just a different server. The manager, Amby, is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make our experience positive. Highly recommend then for their food and exceptional customer service.

Love this place. Food is consistently excellent and the service is great. They are always trying to please. Great for simple food or more extensive fare. And they give you fresh baked bread with olive oil and herbs— even on the to go orders!

The was cold and the meet was so pink we returned the meet but it was the same even arrived more cold

Ordered via UberEats. This was the WORST Italian food ever. The eggplant parmigiana was so bad. The eggplant was almost raw. The pasta side dish reeked of garlic. An expensive nightmare. I was stunned by the actually terrible food. So, so bad and unexpectedly so.

Placing my order online was easy, convenient and the order was completed with care and in time.

Came here out of convenience recently, expecting just a typical meal out. Service ended up being phenomenal, Julian was polished, genuinely friendly, and incredibly attentive. I’ve had business dinners all over the world and Julian’s service was better than I’d expect at fine dining restaurants. Food was very good as well, and menu offered very solid value. Very pleasantly surprised, great experience.

I recently visited Carrabba’s Italian Grill and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The attitude from the girls working there was incredibly poor, especially one particular girl whose name I don’t know. She treated me very badly and took my order. To make matters worse, she told me at the end that they don’t accept Apple Pay. However, later on, the manager came and I was able to make my payment using Apple Pay with him.

Although the female manager was helpful, the male manager was not. I ended up paying around $40 for nothing worth the price. I expected much better service given the good reputation of Italian food, but this visit has made me dislike this restaurant. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it to others.

Our server was Jullian, and he made it the most wonderful dining experience in recent memory. We had our seven-year-old son with us who usually loves the kids' menu but today wanted something different, and Julian made suggestions to mix and match some adult entres and sides in combinations we never would have thought of that saved us money and gave us more types of food rolling to the table, all of which was delicious.
