Considering that I'm a vegetarian and this is (obviously) a very meat-y restaurant, this was a very good experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming, the decor is elegant, the semi-outdoor seating was pleasantly breezy on a hot day (I could do without the huge TVs, but that's me). I simply wanted to get a quick drink with an old friend and we chose Carve purely because of its location. We arrived during their happy hour (which starts at 3:00). We ordered a couple...

Dale was an excellent server. Everything we tried was delicious, from the mixed drinks to calamari/coleslaw appetizer, to the steak and chicken, and the pumpkin spice cheesecake! We will definitely be back!

We visited Carve last night to celebrate a birthday. Unfortunately, our experience started off poorly with a waitress who was inattentive and lacked good energy. She made us feel uncomfortable and not welcomed, taking our order for drinks and then disappearing, which isn't ideal for a big table.
