My wife and I have been eating at Casa Linda for years almost every weekend. All the food is amazing, but the breakfast tacos and the habanero salsa are the real stars for me. It doesn’t hurt that the owners are some of the hardest workers I’ve ever met. There are a million options for tacos in Austin, but Casa Linda is up there with the best.

This place ain't much, but at least it's everything! I cannot stop eating here. I'm not even gonna give recommendations, nothing on the menu doesn't leave a handprint all the way across your face from slapping so hard!. Come and get it!

I love Casa Linda. Our go-to weekend breakfast tacos are their Potato Bacon and Egg. The potatoes are always flavorful and well cooked, the bacon chopped and mixed in, and our order is right every time. There is nearly no other restaurant I know of with a perfect record of cooking me great food, every time, for years and years. Casa Linda does. The folks who run this place care.

Tucked away in a south Austin gas station lies one of the best hidden gems we’ve found. Casa Linda Taqueria is a small, humble taco stand producing quick and cheap Mexican food for the local community. We frequently get breakfast tacos and burritos from here, although they do serve traditional tacos, tortas, etc.
The tacos can come in any combination but they do have preset suggestions. The breakfast tacos themselves are delicious. The meat is always seasoned well, the cheese pairs deliciously, and the tortilla holds it all together softly. We have ordered a LOT of variations of breakfast tacos here and have never been disappointed. They offer both corn and flour tortillas so you do have the choice between the two.
As far as an all around experience goes, Casa Linda isn’t going to blow your mind, but for what it is (a cheap and quick breakfast stop) it excels.
This place never fails to deliver! Simple yet good and super affordable. Great service, great food.

The BEST breakfast tacos in South Austin.
Fat, full of flavor, options, and 1.99$ per taco - you cannot beat the price.
A Local spot a hidden gem.
Vegetarian options: Cactus and egg, potato and egg, bean and cheese, mugs , and I’m sure the would make adjustments.
