Wanted to try one of the "best burger's in Austin". Went out of my way to get it and paid a hefty price. I couldn't initially determined how undercooked it was because I was sitting under a red light. But I could eventually tell the temperature and consistency was wrong which led to my putting a light in it. Disappointing.

It was my first time going there and I canceled the order due to my new card acting funny. 3 weeks later I get a 20$ charge when all I ordered was a bbq burger. Like they gave themselves a tip or something strange. I call 7-10 times within 50 minutes and got hung up on twice. Went 40 minutes out my way to drive up there. No real apology or anything towards a concerned customer. Very fraud like activity in my eyes. He basically said if a customer cancels, they still need to be paid even if the food was never made lol. I’ve made a BBB complaint about this and I still hope to hear back from their “merchant” so they can clear up there mess they caused. I will go back up there in one week if no one has reached out to me and document everything.Update number 1: now that I look at the reviews, I’m super dumb for even going there lol. I should have just looked first. Not surprised with the customer service after reading DOZENS of bad 1 star reviews.

Great beers, fantastic service and the food was amazing! Sooo much in a serving and made fresh to order. There was at least a pound of bacon in my BLT and service was top notch from Kenny.

I work down the street from Casino and I go about once a week for lunch and a few drinks. The food is absolutely fantastic and the staff are pretty rad too. The rock n roll vibe is a major selling point.

I've heard nothing but good things but when I went to make a Togo order they said they don't do any type of Togo food or order out UNLESS you have an ID? I just wanted a burger to-go but the bouncer said I couldn't at all and he couldn't get any staff to help me either even when I offered to wait outside.
It's a little sketch fest in there but friendly staff, interesting characters, and a little food kitchen kicking out fun and delicious food! Cheap drinks too!

If you're looking for a Bloody Mary to knock your socks off, this is the place. We ordered a 6-7 on the scale and slightly regretted it as we only were able to take a sip. Talk about heat!!! WTF! The burger chef is a rockstar and we heard sometimes he does autographs. He said next time if you order a bloody, only ask for the spice at a 1 or a 2; well...you know what they say, 'You live and you learn.'
