I’m basing my review off the food quality. I ordered tamales early morning for delivery today for my work. I understand these are not probably made fresh daily, but the quality was horrible.1. Chicken: Upon opening the foil the tamales were already crumbling out of the husk and falling apart. They were very dry and the chicken was hard.2. Pork: The pork ones seemed more kept together and were moist and flavorful but hardly any meat.Altogether, it’s I spent about $50 just on the Tamales alone. These are way overpriced for the quality/quantity that you get. I hope y’all can improve on this food item because it is tamale season and you will have a lot of upset customers when ordering them.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERENote I have been a customer for 5 yearsAnd the WAY of doing their tricks or tricks is not right to charge extra charges without askingBe careful when coming hereThey already charge the mandatory tip and ghost servicesThey charge for services and tips that they do not provide, I had to stop to look for the waitress so they could tell me what I neededThe cashier with her angry face and the owner apparently doesn't care that her staff is negativeI will never return to this place

Casita Guanajuato serves diner-style food rather than the familiar Tex-Mex (so maybe more like the average Mexican eats? oh the shortcomings of being a norteamericano who's spent all of two days in Mexico). If you want Tex-Mex this might not be for you.I had chilaquiles with chipotle sauce, pieces of corn tortilla and onion cooked in sauce, with a fried egg on top. It's a humble dish that I make at home but never saw on a Tex-Mex menu. It came with refried beans, onions, sour cream, and verde sauce. No tortillas, though I'm sure you can order them. Chips (good and crunchy, better than the usual Doritos-style) and salsa were served before the meal. I also got nopales with pico, pieces of prickly pear cactus with onions and tomatos. Imagine sauteed green bell peppers with a milder flavor. It's homey and nutritious.Service was good, and they were patient with my Spanish practice session.Summary: Mexican comfort food, in a diner atmosphere with attentive service, all for a reasonable price. I like it and I'll be back.Vegetarian options: Not sure how many dishes are vegetarian but most clearly have meat. Some have the option of cheese instead of meat. I asked about the chilaquiles before I ordered; it doesn't have meat.Parking: Only 4-5 spaces in front of the restaurant, but there's a somewhat larger lot shared with another business, and other parking nearby. Can be crowded at lunchtime.

Really good. Feels like my abuelas house. Service was quick and food came out quickly. Before we knew it the food was going before we took a photo. You can't go wrong here.
