We ordered to go, so, we can’t speak on the atmosphere. We had chicken fried chicken breast and chicken tenders. They were both excellent, tender, moist, seasoned perfectly and the coating was light. The servings were very generous. Corn fritters were delicious, you can’t go wrong ordering this light and fluffy appetizer. .

This place was my Goto always, until tonight. The food is actually getting better but the service is trash. They need a new group of servers. I didn’t get checked on once, no refill, no hey can I get you anything. Nothing. I had to find the waitress for the check, than again for the Togo box. Couldn’t find her after that so I found my own bag. Than she had a nerve to say thanks hun. Woman your service is trash and you alone is the reason I won’t be back a while. Nope

An Austin destination not to be missed! Everything we ordered was soooo good! Southern comfort at it's best! The fried catfish has a light cornbread coating, and the Fried Okra is some of the best I've ever eaten. Our meal started with hush puppy fingers which included two dipping sauces. So good 😊 And they make their own desserts too!

Driven by this place for years coming into town for UT games. Decided to try it out. Outstanding!!! Catfish was great. Liked the hush puppy dish before meal. Jalapeño tarter sauce was new to me but tasty. Nohemi was excellent and very friendly waitress. Saw a couple of low reviews but those people must of come in with a bad mood. This place was great. Highly recommend if you're looking for Catfish.

INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! I have ordered from her before and had some amazing food! Specifically the friend pickes. Today I made a huge mistake and ordered Fried Pickles and Popcorn Shrimp. First of all the pickles were completely raw and were not even in a box but dumped in a brown bag which had tears in it And oil spots. The popcorn shrimp was raw also and even had the white batter/.flour on many of the shrimp. The order was literally smashed in two bags and thrown into another. Complete waste of $30 and Uber sucks so we won’t get a refund more than likely.

This was my very first experience here. I thought by pictures the food would look the same. However, the food was very bland and not fresh at all. While ordering the employee was not friendly either.

The food was really good. My husband had Red Fish and really liked it and he is very picky. I had the Tilapia with steamed cabbage and it was really good. The hush puppies were really good too
