I love coming here when I'm working in the area. The fried catfish is good, but we all know it's about the hushpuppy sticks. This visit i opted to get the chicken tenders and they were amazing! Perfect crip batter, large juicy tenders and the 3 side.
Had the blackened Red Fish with green beans and vinaigrette Cole slaw. The fish was amazing, green beans were perfectly seasoned southern style. Cole slaw was also really good. I had a shrimp cocktail for an appetizer, it had 4 jumbo shrimp and the cocktail cup was filled with small shrimp in cocktail sauce, delicious!
Fish was good but small pieces. Tarter sauce was extra. Even after buying 2 lbs of fish. It didn't come with anything for $45. Service was okay until shift change then I didn't belong to anyone. Not the old catfish parlor at all.
