These is something a bit off about a Mexican food spot that uses pre made preserved guacamole- its all decent but nothing was really good/great. Reasonable prices are the strong spot i suppose but prefer to lay more for better and so few options in this area.

Food took way too long to make. And after ordering, I found out they charged me extra to place a Togo order. What the heck? The portion was small and not even good. Just bad all the way around.

Great street tacos and cheap beer. Only been once but I'll definitely be there again, haven't found street tacos this good anywhere else in Austin. -1 star for not having a dog friendly patio when they have a patio.

This place is ok. Some items (on their entirety too large of a menu) are great but a lot are inedible. The guacamole clearly comes out of a bag from the freezer. The happy hour isn't great. Worst part is that the staff seem like they only work there some of the time and mostly at other restaurants so are confused when they are there. They don't know the menu, happy hour, specials, where the restroom is, etc. It's unfortunate because we need a good restaurant in this area. I would love it if they could step it up.

Very disappointed by the service, and the food did not make up for it. Our server did not know what she was doing, one of our orders never came out, the bill did not include monthly drink pricing, and the greatest sin - the queso came out barely warm. The service might have been a one time experience, but the food was relatively bland and low quality. Drive a bit further for something better

This place is awesome. Anyone rating it 1-2 stars is probably just an extremely stuck up person that's expecting a restaurant to treat them like royalty or something. Food is good. Drinks are good. Employees are great. Awesome environment & style.

My first time at Catrina's. Food was amazing, service and ambiance was outstanding.
Catrina's is a winner for me on my go-to items: crispy beef taco, fajita taco and margaritas. Their margaritas are SO GOOD! Try the mango chamoy or have some fun and get a flight! When they first opened, it took a while work out kinks in ordering and serving (lots of turnover at first, I think), but we really haven't experienced any issues in months. The staff is welcoming and you feel like you can hang out for a while. If you haven't been since the summer, give it another try!

My family and I came here today and the food was outstanding! My father is on a Walker and not 100% and one worker named Santiago came to our table when my father was struggling and was going out of his way to help him. So not only was the food great but the staff was very accommodating. Thank you so much for your customer service and food!
