I don't know who the coworker was behind the counter put he was not preparing any orders when I arrived I had 30, minutes to get to work & this dude who knows what he was doing in the back instead of preparing the order before mines when I arrived at cavas there was 3, tickets hanging had this dude be doing his job I could've walked out of cava when I arrived but WHO CARES RIGHT!.
Vegetarian options: This dude didn't add crazy feta.

Food is good but they definitely skimp on the toppings. I asked for double tomato/onion and double broccoli. I barely got any tomato/onion and no broccoli. Desserts are also good but very tiny for the price. Overall the price is quite high and I expected more food for my money.

I’m obsessed w Cava, been to like 6 different Austin locations and I’ve never had this issue once before. I ALWAYS have a 5 star experience. I showed up to this location and while everything seemed clean, staff was friendly, and vibes were nice the young lady was sooooooooo skimpy when making my bowl. The amount of rice and the amount of lentils. Omg it was like she was feeding a toddler. As if it hurt her to take care of people and give them a decent size bowl. I’m average size and eat average. Paid $12 for a bowl and enjoyed the really enjoyed my food but the bowl was done and I was still so hungry. Like I’m not asking you to stuff my bowl but I’m paying good money. It’s the absolute worst feeling to pay good money and enjoy your food and leave super hungry. Cava today you really really let me down. Please don’t turn into the next Chipotle. This was the employee in the picture. TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!

If you order after 9:00 (an hour before close) they just throw in a random bowl and skimp all the portions and don’t even make an attempt to give you what you ordered. I got the weakest bowl I have ever seen.
My boyfriend and I went to CAVA for the first time last night (09/10/24), and it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious, but the staff truly stood out. The girls working there were exceptionally kind and made the entire experience even better. I wish I could remember their names to mention them! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy delicious and healthy food served by some of the nicest people.
