I cannot say enough about JULIAN at the front counter of Cava — this man is a whole EXPERIENCE. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with the kind of energy that honestly belongs on a billboard. He didn’t just take my order… he elevated it. He guided me through the menu like a flavor tour guide, making suggestions that were straight-up LIFE-CHANGING. I didn’t know choosing toppings could feel like a spiritual awakening, but here we are.
Julian was upbeat, patient, and ridiculously friendly. He had the entire line smiling. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and LOVES what he does — and it shows in every detail. My bowl was perfect. My day was better. My faith in customer service has been RESTORED.
If Cava had a “Team Member of the Universe” award, Julian would win it without competition. Give this man a raise, a crown, and maybe his own motivational podcast because WOW.
If you go to Cava and don’t let Julian help you, you’re doing it wrong. 10/10. Five stars. Standing ovation. 👏🔥💯
