staff consistently goes above and beyond at this location. i don't typically post reviews but i wanted to recognize the exceptional service - all hours of the day, even near closing time. thank you, Liliana and Ana, for making my visits to cava so enjoyable.
I was very impressed with the customer service especially the manager Lile she was very friendly and was very educational about the food that was offered. And she showed excellent customer service.
The bowl I ordered was great. I was in town for a conference and only wish I'd found CAVA sooner. I really liked their food. That said, the dining area needed attention. It wasn't busy when I was there, and the napkin dispensers were all empty, the ice dispenser was empty, and there was a big spill on the floor from a leaking drink machine. I pointed out the spill to staff. It was still there about 30 minutes later when I left.
