Food is always great and fresh here! They do forget my dressings a lot. However, they DO NOT answer the phone and have no space for allergies in the instructions when you order online so you can’t even call to tell them :) Really inconvenient and honestly annoying. For how much you pay, they should have a better system.

Used the app to order then went in person to pick up. I waited in the line and watched an employee make an online order and in my head I thought “wow I feel sorry for the schmuck getting that half @ssed bowl that’s half empty”. Then it was my turn and I asked for my order and wouldn’t you know it , it’s the one she was making. Since id seen it half empty I very politely apologized and mentioned how I always get the same order and it’s usually full to the top of the bowl now half empty. this employee glared at me before silently chucking half a spoon of rice, giving it back to me and walking away. So I paid $14 for half a bowl with 5 pieces of chicken. Cava wasn't supposed to be like Chipotle with portion roulette. How does this incentive me to 1. order via app when theres no quality accountability and 2. order in person if my politeness is met with ignoring and rudeness? tried calling the store and it went straight to voice mailbox full so just disappointed. not motivated to go back yet.

I did get a free large drink.
Maybe because of my rewards status that I don't follow understand.
In fact I don't think anyone as ever explained the rewards program.
