I’m new to Austin and I’ve been wanting to try Centro ever since I started school. I finally had a chance to come and try it today and needless to say, I’m so happy I did! The decorations are so cute and home-y, the lighting is perfect, the customer service is wonderful, and the food is DELICIOUS!! I ordered an Agua Fresca (Jamaica) and a birria and cheese pupusa. My food came out hot, fresh, and at a reasonable price and speed. Pupusas are a dish from my culture and I was very pleased with the way they serve them here. I will definitely be coming back to try more things.

Centro on Guadalupe, delivers everything that's expected from a small coffee shop.. ambience, friendly owners, and of course, great coffee and bites..I have had consistent quality, same friendly service any time of the day during my 4 visits to Austin. Highly recommend...

I tried the potato egg and cheese breakfast taco and I was genuinely surprised at how good it was. I also recommend the iced horchata! The interior was nicely decorated and comfortable, and the environment was welcoming :)

Centro has a really calming vibe. The decor is done tastefully and gives the impression of being in a garden, without looking tacky. There was ample seating and the service was excellent. The Corn and Mozzarella Arepa is a must try and the sweet corn pancakes compliment the cheese well.

A small hole in the wall restaurant with good food and drinks. The pulled pork and monterey, and the brisket and cheddar kolaches were both very good.
The muenster and poblano tamale was tasty as well.
I also tried an horchata chai that was good if not particularly memorable. Definitely a worthwhile place to grab a quick bite to eat near the UT campus down in Austin.

My favorite place on campus to study at and get delicious coffee! I love that they add in new seasonal drinks all the time. My favorite has always been their marshmallow latte! Super yummy and they also have some snacks too like tamale or pastry items. There tables inside so great for studying and hanging out. They also have a point reward system to save money too. There are some street parking in front of it.
