I was disappointed with my latte — it had no flavor and was very watery. When I politely asked if it could be remade, the employee refused and insisted nothing was wrong. I hope the quality and service can improve, as I was genuinely looking forward to a good coffee experience.

Went in a couple of days ago and it was so great!! I got the strawberry matcha and it was really sweet, but I love sweet things so it was perfect for me! The people working in there were really nice and accommodating! Will definitely go again!:)

great coffee, variety of foods, and cute vibes! I am obsessed with their marshmallow latte and breakfast tacos! This is not a chain store and I’ve only heard great things about the owners, so I feel very comfortable spending money here! There isn’t an abundance of seating so have a back up plan just in case, but I think the coffee is worth it!

The atmosphere here is heavenly. It definitely gives very cozy, loving vibes. I came here to hang out for a bit and ordered a pupusa and caramel macchiato. Both were delicious. I also love how they have a Community Board section for all things local. I would definitely recommend coming out to try this place at least once!
The barista helping me was very kind and had great service. The shop was busy and full of students studying and chatting peacefully. It was a really nice chill vibe. And the drinks were great! I want to go back and try more. I got the watermelon sparkler and it was so refreshing on a hot day.
Food was good! Got the birria pupusa and it was scrumptious. The chai latte was also good! No complaints :)
If you're looking for a relaxing place to study and work, close to campus, with beautiful vibes and kind service, come to Centro!
I should have ordered Chai Horchata or a fruit drink, but my usual go-to is an Iced Americano with vanilla... and unfortunately it was acidic and wayyyyy too sweet. I unfortunately could not finish the drink and had to toss it.
But I am definitely going to try something else! The Chai horchata will be my next hunt.
Support small businesses! Come to Centro!
I came in for a quick bite for breakfast, and it was my first time here and I was really taken aback with the very cozy & welcoming vibes . Great customer service 🤩 will definitely come back .

I ask for the restroom and the cashier told me I have to buy first because the code in under the receipt
Good coffee, good food, clean establishment on the strip.
Great place with amazing staff from my hometown of Mexico City! Such a pleasant surprise to meet them and hear their recommendations on food. Great location with easy access from street parking and San Antonio parking garage. Tons of comfy seating areas with movies playing quietly.
The place and options are not bad but we were served a stale item and the business was unwilling to refund or replace it or offer any kind of apology and ounce of customer service. This mostly reflects on management who are unfortunately putting their employees (probably mostly young college students) in a terrible position when a customer has an issue versus empowering them to make the customer’s experience a great one. Not the type of place I will continue giving my business and neither should you, when there are so many great places in town who understand great customer service. The business is also defensive or gaslights reviewers if you look at other reviews of Centro. It is so much easier to apologize and offer to make it good and possibly retain a customer.
Talk about a bad experience. Their red velvet cake was the worst cake I ever had. Just so stale. I brought it up to the girl that served us. She said she was going to talk to the manager and the manager said that there’s nothing they can do. Insane. Literally saying that’s how the cake its supposed to be. So run don’t walk.
