This is my first time trying this place and it will definitely be my last. It was a depressingly awful experience.

The “owner” could not be brother to say hello as I walked in or handled prepaid pickup order. I picked up my order at the store set pick up time on time. The box was ice cold when I picked it up. I would describe it as cold boil French fries with CANNED unmicrowaved “cheese”, ranch and canned jalapeños. The peach lemonade was the best thing I had. The peaches are from that dole cup - cropped extremely small.
if you can not put basic effort into your food just do something else. People can get sick from this type of stuff.

This place has the best service and they servers and cooks are fast. The cheesesteaks are fresh and satisfying. Pop and and see what you are missing.

I ordered boneless wings and got 20 circular chicken nuggets that were room temperature at best and had the texture of a damp sponge. The lemonade was good

I love Charley's! Staff is top notch and customer service was great. Garcia and Arely were very sweet after I made a mistake with my order and fixed it without any hassle. So glad I don't have to drive to the Barton Creek for one of my favorite subs. 🔥

First time here and absolutely love it! Had lunch with my husband the old school Philly closed to what we use to have in Jersey i recommend this place to everyone. Victor is absolutely amazing with his customer service and recommendations. Thank you so much

Went to their 1 year anniversary celebration and they were giving away free food and a chance to win prizes. That was very cool! The food was delicious and fresh, I highly recommend!

This was my first time eating here. I went for dine in and ordered the #2 combo Philly Cheese Steak. They have 3 sizes so I ordered a small since it was lunch. I was disappointed because the posters and photos on the walls show fully loaded sandwiches stacked high with meat and ingredients the sandwich was lacking. It wasn't because I ordered a small. It should still have had ingredients from end to end. The first bite from each end, I got nothing but bread! I really wish I had taken a picture of it to post. Even the fries were really lacking in number. They tasted great. They were hot and thick, not too greasy but too few. The sandwich was good but nothing special. I would say the posters are false advertising. Don't expect a sandwich piled high and overflowing with ingredients. I probably won't go back.

Charlie’s Cheesesteaks went above and beyond with my order. The website wouldn’t allow me to customize my sandwich the way I wanted, so I called the store directly—and they were more than happy to help. I asked for the sandwich to be left unassembled, and they delivered exactly as requested. I also asked for extra ice and was pleasantly surprised to receive an additional cup of ice.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I truly appreciate the extra effort and will definitely be ordering again!

For its lane, it does well. Basically ToGo bar food. Friendly service. Clean spot. And I appreciate the option for a chicken cheesesteak.

My order was put in incorrect (beef instead of chicken), but they re-made it quickly without hesitation.
