Freshly grilled and absolutely delicious. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients. The portion size was great and the cheese was melted to perfection.
Such a huge mall with so much to see, and Charleys is a must visit for a quick bite.
The BBQ sauce is absolutely amazing and goes perfectly with everything. Highly recommended for all shoppers!

Ordered a Philly cheese steak with no tomatoes. Gave me tomatoes. I’m fine I just want a new one, they refuse! Show them the receipt and they keep denying. Finally take the other one, throw it away and angrily make a new one. Never coming back.

The service was relatively quick with friendly attendants, but the cheesesteak was extreme mid. The steak was edible if you are hungry, but in detail it was bland and essentially tasteless without the onions. The bread was nothing spectacular either and bordering on stale and chewy. Overall, if you find yourself at Barton Creek mall and hungry, skip the cheesesteak and go next-door to Chick-fil-A.

Haven't ever had the food here actually because my ordering experience has been ruined. I've been in the service industry for 10+ years, so I'm not quick to complain. I get it. But holy cow! Just trying to get clarification on something, I've called over 15 times in the last hour. Can no one pick up the damn phone? Why tf can't I sub Cajun fries on my boneless wing order??? They're the same fkn price! No option to change the fries on Uber or their website, so I figured I'll just call in an order for pickup. Oh, jk. Guess y'all don't want more business.
