Freshly grilled and absolutely delicious. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients. The portion size was great and the cheese was melted to perfection.
Such a huge mall with so much to see, and Charleys is a must visit for a quick bite.
The BBQ sauce is absolutely amazing and goes perfectly with everything. Highly recommended for all shoppers!

The service was relatively quick with friendly attendants, but the cheesesteak was extreme mid. The steak was edible if you are hungry, but in detail it was bland and essentially tasteless without the onions. The bread was nothing spectacular either and bordering on stale and chewy. Overall, if you find yourself at Barton Creek mall and hungry, skip the cheesesteak and go next-door to Chick-fil-A.

The food is good. But the girl who takes the orders always has an attitude or looks at you so mean. We recently just ordered from here and they forgot our fries. The food is good. Service could be better
