We came in it wasn’t busy? It took a while for the waitress to take drink order. Then it took a while waiting for food 26 minutes. Only served one meal. Had to look for staff to ask where the other plate is? She said oh they did t bring it out. Let me go see…..manager came over said he would make it right apologized and would give discount. We never saw the waitress for ticket. We went to hostess staff ask for bill. Someone found the waitress again and no discount on bill. Asked for manager and he explained he gave us a $1.80 discount. Used to come here years ago service was great then. The empty parking lot means business not good here. Try different location. Management problems equal unsavory dining experience here.

The best waitress in the place is a young lady from Africa. I can't remember her name but we ask for her every time we go.

Love this restaurant!! They make scrumptious croissants & my family loves their pasta! I’ve enjoyed a great service & cozy ambience every time I’ve been here.

Very disappointed. We went tonight for the first time in a long while and had a poor experience from start to finish. We were seated in a closed section and waited quite some time before receiving service. When the server finally came, they acted as though helping us was an inconvenience. We even offered to move to a different section to make things easier.

Two out of the three meals were incorrect. The mashed potatoes had crunchy, hard pieces in them, and the baked potatoes were undercooked. No drink refills were offered at any point.

Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

I came here for my birthday because the eClub members allegedly get a birthday freebie with the meal. They told me they could not give it to me because I did not have the email code (corporate never sent one). Despite me showing my ID and other emails proving I was an eClub member and it was my birthday, they would not honor the deal. Dissapointing.

The food is made from scratch. The batter on the cheese curds is light and not overly think so you taste more of the cheese!
The portion sizes are just right. The prices are good for all the food!

Omg. The fried fish and vegetables were delicious. This was my first time, and I loved it. Was visiting from California. Was here with my family after church for our family reunion.
