I have been dying to try Chef Choo's shop for a while now and I am so sad I didn't stop by sooner! The chef's special box that I chose today was truly an amazing experience! The cuts of sushi are so soft and delicious, with meticulous handcraft going into preparing them. The owners were on-site whipping up new masterpieces in the back, with a clean dining area to enjoy this box! If you get the opportunity to stop by, please do!너무 맛있었어요. ^^ 감사합니다....
Pre-order is a must! Unless you wanna stand in line before they open to grab something… but why. Just preorder and CHOOse a time to pick it up. I would at least order a few days in advanced. They have limited orders per day. They have a small case in store that’s ready grab but usually sells out within hours after opening.It’s a locally owned restaurant with maybe 5 tables inside. We had the 10pcs sushi and seared sake. Everything was 10/10. Will be back to try the sandos!!
Always delicious omakase sushi/sashimi with beautifully plated to enjoy at home! Yellow tail roll was fantastic and to top that, strawberry matcha sando dessert was too yummy. Made me sad that sweet sando was gone too quickly. Thank you Chef Choo!
