The service and food were perfect. Chef Carlos created a menu for our group of 25 on a little over a weeks notice. The food was delicious. The delivery was prompt and all instructions for heating and serving were provided.

Carlos and his crew has been exceptional for over 15 years! Carlos has provided the most beautiful and intimate details for small gatherings and also catered to large events and celebrations. Carlos and his crew can cover all your needs! ❤️

We booked a tapas night with Chef Carlos for a group of 15. It was perfect. The tapas were out of this world good. The staff was so friendly and mixed well with our group. We would definitely do it again!

This was a 10/10 experience! Chef Derek and Servers Jacob & Josephine cooked and serviced our family style Mexican dinner for 22. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was as well. We were all blown away. They paid close attention and accommodated food restrictions and allergies. We were thrilled and it was money well spent. Such a fun and memorable experience! Chef Derek and Josephine were excellent instructors, and they made dinner so much fun. They prepared cocktails for us to sip on while we made apps. They also prepped and cooked a delicious steak dinner and apple tart, so the entire meal felt seamless. Highly recommend for any group or team. 10/10

I looked online for someone to cater a small dinner party in my home. Chef Crusco Catering had great reviews so I called. From the moment I started talking with him, I knew he was my caterer. He was so easy to work with. I told him what I was wanting and he put together a terrific menu. Chef Derek came out with 2 sous chef/waiters/cleanup people and cooked and served the best meal I could ever have hoped for - it was delicious - from the passed appetizers to the dessert to the take home brownies. When the crew left, all my dishes, glassware and silverware had been washed and dried and my counters cleaned. They did an excellent job, everyone loved the food, I could sit and enjoy the party and Chef Carlos Crusco could not have been easier to work with. Best decision ever.

Amazing meals, service and people.

Chef Crusco’s team knocked it out of the park with the Spanish style tapas menu! The food was delicious and the staff was very professional. They arrived on time, kept the kitchen tidy, and were constantly keeping an eye on everyone’s drinks and offering refills. Even prior to the event Chef Crusco was very responsive to messages and easy to communicate with. Would definitely use again!

Attended the imagine.io Grand Opening which Chef Caruso catered. The menu was a feast for the eyes as well as for the stomach! Colorful, creative, imaginative, and of course, tasty! Matched the client’s vibe well.

Chef Leah and Server Josephine were simply terrific. They worked efficiently, the food was terrific and they were flexible in meeting our needs. The dinner and evening were memorable. This was the first time I have ever hosted or attended a chef dinner and I will do it again - for sure. Carlos answered all of the questions promptly and generating helpful email as we prepared for the evening. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.
