The skin noodles and pork burgers are so delicious and authentic, coming in very large portions!! It outshines some of the Shanxi restaurants I’ve tried in the States. The owner is very friendly and generous. Would definitely come back another time!
Hand stretch noodles are our favorite and the dumplings are always phenomenal…this is a food truck so there’s no seating anywhere but well worth the convenience of take away dining
